Very informative and insightful. Guide was passionate. Would recommend it has antiquities and renaissance art. It’s amazing how this detailed and massive these art projects are. Definitely choose noon time slot, less people.

Seraphina was a great guide, knowledgeable and engaging. She moved us through the crowds seamlessly. Using headsets made a huge difference. Be prepared for a solid 3 hours of walking, some outside. There are toilets and a cafe between the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.

Our guide had really interesting insights and was pretty funny. It was clear they really enjoyed the artifacts included in the museum. When we pointed things out that we thought were funny or interesting, we were treated to a whole load of background information. I think our guide used that information to adjust her talking points which was very thoughtful.

One of the most memorable experiences we have had during our travels through Italy. The skip the line tour was well worth the cost- we had 12 noon entry and we were in by 12 noon. The tour was full or beauty and history which one guide provided detail explanations and stories of accent Rome (people and places). Our guide Linda form Liv Tours was outstanding she was incredibly knowledgeable and made our tour fun and an experience we will always cherish!

This guided tour was one of the highlights of our time in Rome.
Many thanks to Chiara (from LivTours) for sharing her passion for the history of the places we visited.
The only downside was that when we were in the Sistine Chapel, there were too many people (noise and crowds) to really appreciate this holy place.

First, these paid tours are super useful to avoid the lines. We got in within 5 mins of getting there. Even in mid-April, there were long lines, so this helped.
Our guide, Paula, was very well informed. She was full of interesting vignettes and snippets of information which made the tour worth it. She knew a lot of the guards and other folks who work there, so we were able to get past the lines and really move.
The tour felt a little rushed, but given there is so much to see there, I didn't see how else it could have been, so nothing against Paula here.
Overall, the tour booking was smooth, the meeting instructions were spot on, and everything worked well.
