Our guide Umbra (Amber?) was excellent - very knowledgeable and engaging. It really enriched our experience, we are glad we had her, It was no fault of hers or the tour but we were disappointed to learn when we entered St. Peter’s Basilica that La Pieta and The Bernini high alter were closed for cleaning for the upcoming jubilee. FYI - they are supposed to be closed until September. Overall we felt our guide was excellent and fit a great job.

We went as a family - parents + 5 young adults ranging from 18-22 years old. Our guide, Lia, was amazing - very informative and entertaining. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Marco was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Vatican. You must realize that the Vatican is a very busy place so our tour included these little radio receivers with a plug in ear bud. Even with the radio Marco was sometimes difficult to understand partly because of his accent and partly because of the poor quality of the equipment but they're obviously not going to hand out a very expensive head set to everyone. He actually sounded and even looked like Borat from the comedy movie which was sometimes distracting but overall amusing.

Another outstanding tour. Sev did a wonderful job going over all of the history in acway that was informative and fun. Learned so much on this tour it was worth the time and cost.

Wow l what a tour of the Vatican. Beautiful place, and our tour guide Juliet was fantastic. The humor and sarcasm that she gave was second to none. I would highley recommend this tour to anyone especially if you get Juliet. 10 out of 10

We arrived well on time and waited for the people responsible to welcome us. Then it turns out that they only had 15 tickets available, and we were about 30 people there. We didn’t get any tickets!!! So no tour for is even if we booked more than a month before. One of the representatives got really aggressive - in this situation you need to be able to handle people who are upset. I expect a quick refund and something extra for all the trouble caused. I don’t recommend this tour.

This tour included a lot of walking, climbing and waiting. The place was very crowded and the entrance to the Basilica closed due to a Swiss guard ceremony. The guide expend a lot of time talking about "Interesting" but not essential things and made us stand in the sun while he repeated the information he had previously shared while we were in line. He should have been aware that there was a ceremony and he could have expedited the tour and taken us through the complete experience.

My réserva was Cancelled last minute. Now I'll have to pay much more if i can hope to visit the vatican in my time there. Disgusting business practices to cancelle reservations lie that.
