• in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.
• Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.

This experience was seamless. I stepped out of the airport, and our driver was there with a name plaque, ready to go. The only thing you must be aware of is it was a bit of a walk to get to the actual car.

Arranging the transpot was an easy experience ( with the phone help of a Viator service person) . Meeting our driver at the airport was smooth, but the driver refused to drop the second couple off at their hotel and didn't speak for the duration of the trip. I had arranged ahead of time for two couples to be picked up.
