My husband and I spent two weeks in Italy and visited many museums and participated in many guided tours. All were good but this tour with Dimitri was incredible. We had the pleasure of spending three hours with Dimitri while he led a group of 12 of us through a section of Palatine Hill and then the Colosseum. Dimitri has vast knowledge of ancient Rome, is a wonderful guide and leader, welcomed questions from the group, and had a terrific sense of humor. We had considered a non-guided tour and feel so fortunate we landed on a guided tour and with Dimitri. We learned so much about the Roman Empire (and current Rome as well!). Thank you Dimitri!

Highly recommend! Arjan was a fantastic guide!! Learned so much about the Colosseum.. its history culture and fascinating facts you would otherwise not hear. Take this tour.. you won’t be disappointed. Was a group but not a large one.. just do it! :-)

Fee was an energetic, knowledgable and concise tour guide who was entertaining the entire time. She set an excellent pace and we quickly moved through each of the guarded entrances of the tour. Fee found spots to stop and take in the best parts of the views even though there was crowds. If there is any regrets it’s only that we did not do a whole day with more guided parts at palatine hill. So very there that is hard to decipher without a lnowledgable guide. Would highly recommend the tour and the guide!

Our tour guide, David Battaglino, was amazing. He was very, very knowledgable. But, more importantly, he was personal and interacted with each member of the group. He asked us questions about ourselves and used that knowledge to personalize the tour. He didn't just deliver a lecture, he answered questions and reacted to us. He was the best.

Overall, the tour was well-organized and perfectly paced. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the sights, providing us with a highly-quality overview of the history surrounding the area. This tour was definitely worth the money.

Our tour guide Radu was excellent! He was highly educated, highly personable and highly passionate about the city of Rome and its history. After spending a short amount of time with him, you can tell that he is one of those very special humans. The tour was amazing!
Also, we ran into him in the city a while after the tour and he recommended a good place to have lunch. Radu was the coolest!!
