Horrible no a/c on bus 2 hrs each way in excruciating heat. Tour guide very unprofessional this was easy Florence tour she was walking so fast she lost more then half of her group. No stick no umbrella to locate her with. Never stopping to check if everyone was with her. When I finally caught up with her I told her she lost her group. She was more concerned about taking us to a specific leather store then anything related to Rome.
Gave me instructions to the Duomo but they were not correct and brushed us off since now she was concerned about her lost passengers. This is nothing of what it states it is. But the heat in the bus took the cake

This was a fantastic tour! Our driver, Alejandro, was waiting at the exit to the cruise terminal for us. He had a sign with our name on it. He was friendly and courteous. Alejandro showed us all of the highlights of Rome that we wanted to see and even recommend a fantastic restaurant for our lunch. This was a perfect day!
