Driver was wonderful. Sent text to advise that he was at airport. Met up with no issues and he drive us to hotel. Very friendly - definitely would recommend

We have used Car Service Roma several times in the past two years. We have been twice to Rome and they have arranged all the transportation for us. Airport and cruise port transfers, as well as vehicle dispositions inside Rome. Vehicles where always top class, drivers courteous and price is more than fair. We will continue using their service if we come back to Rome.

After a ton of searching and researching, and deciding against Uber or other forms of transportation like that, I found Car Service Roma for a transfer for my daughter and I. We were on a mother daughter trip to Europe and although I had booked our vacation through a travel agent (outside of myself) , we had to change plans from one country to another so transfers were no longer included.
Customer service from start to finish was amazing. When we arrived at the airport in Rome, the driver was waiting for us with a sign that had our name on it. The vehicle was clean and the driver was absolutely amazing, The driver during the drive even gave us some interesting tidbits about Rome and differences between being inside and outside of the Roman walls. I am not a history person but the driver was great in giving us some great history on Rome.
I would definitely recommend Car Service Roma to clients, family and friends for transportation needs when in Rome.

Not much it was just a drive from the airport. Driver did not speak English so there was not much conversation

Drove the car too fast tailgating and scaring us to death while texting on his phone. Didn’t drop us off at the right airline after we told him exactly where but instead said to us,”You don’t trust me?” He was absolutely the worst driver ever. I was nauseous and stressed out by the time we reached the airport.

Driver was great. Sent me a couple of pics to show where he was and how to find him and the sign awaiting us. He was very professional and polite. Easy to keep in contact over WhatsApp while waiting for our luggage too.

Sincerely appreciate that accommodation was made for late arrival. Only a 3star because driver was on phone while driving and it was not safe.
