We loved our bike tour with Ali. The countryside is so beautiful, and we felt like we were in good hands with Ali as he guided us through the city, villages and parks. This is my favorite thing we’ve done in Rome so far!

Awesome experience. The e bikes were well maintained, battery had full charge, bike looked new. Awesome tour of about 25 kilometers. Going uphill no problem with the e bike “turbo” assist. Saw Rome in a day, full day experience.

We greatly enjoyed the tour with the e-bikes making it an easy and enjoyable ride. Our guide shared a lot of history which made the ride a lot more interesting, he took the time to explain everything we were seeing. It was also very nice to leave the busy city behind for a few hours, we went during low season and at times we were the only people on the Appian Way which was fantastic. Highly recommend the tour with the stop at the catacombs.

A great way to explore an important part of Ancient Rome history. We are a family with adult children and all of us enjoyed the tour. 6 hours on a bike can be challenging but the e-bike took all the effort out of the steep hills that we rode. A fabulous way to see the catacombs, the aqueducts and the Appian Way. We rode for short periods and then stopped to take in a site with our informative guide Ximena and then rode some more. Lunch break was a great recharge. Our guide Ximena was fabulous, very informative and ensured everyone had a great time.
TIP - if doing it in winter like we did - bring gloves and a warm hat (to wear under your helmet).

We were nervous doing this in winter but Ximena was a great guide who navigated us through the streets of Rome and countryside with ease. We rode for a while and then enjoyed a site and then road again. The Appin Way was a real highlight and to understand what we were seeing in great detail really enhanced the experience. We were a travelling family with young adult children and the day trip was enjoyed by us all.
Highly recommend this tour as seeing some of the ancient history of Rome which is off the main sites visited.
Tip - if doing this in winter, I recommend you take a warm hat and gloves with you. It can get cold as the ride and gloves made a difference for those who had them.

My son and I loved our bike ride. We saw things we would never would have seen had we not taken the tour. Francesca was our guide and she was so pleasant, always smiling, and SUPER informative. Without riding on The Appian Way, I don’t think you can appreciate it. No cars allowed unless people live on the street (which isn’t very many) so bike riding was super pleasant. Actually we think the best thing we did in Rome. The Vatican and all the other sites were special but this was a whole other side of Rome.

The ride was spectacular! The best part was our tour guide Felipe. He had such extensive knowledge of all of the sites we stopped to see. He was also an excellent guide in biking through the city and on the Appian Way(which was really quite difficult at times). Absolutely one of our Rome highlights!

6h Tour. Francesca was an excellent tour guide. Our group was small (2+2+2). We had quite some rain for the fist hour but then Jupiter decided to be nice.
The tour route is fantastic and the 6h felt much shorter. We had some scrumptious square pizza for lunch.

They will provide you with a rain poncho. Nevertheless if you have a rain resistant jacket I would recommend to bring it additionally. The poncho will not cover your arms and your sweater will get soaked. The same for the lower part of your trousers and your shoes.
