What a wonderful way to learn about Italian cuisine! Martha was very patient with all of her student chefs and helped us create a wonderful dinner! The conversation around the dinner table was easy…like we were old friends that hadn’t seen each other in a while. Thank you for helping my husband and I step out of our comfort zones!

It was my first experience and Lory made me feel comfortable and at eased. She asked questions about ourselves and family, to make experiencesl more personal. She made jokes and made us laugh, it was excellent and fun. If you want to learn how to cook and have fun, I strongly recommend this cooking class with Lory. Thanks Lory for an amazing experience

We attended this pasta making class in Rome with Lory. She explained the entire pasta and tiramisu making process in detail. It was a fun class though. We loved it.

Lory was very good. We learned the tips and tricks of making our own pasta dough and it’s various kinds. Also what sauces go best with all.
She was very hand on. We also learned to make amazing tiramisu which was just yummm!
Lory also told us a lot about various cultural nuances and how different regions have different pastas! We felt transported to a sicilian kitchen!

Lory’s class was amazing! We learned so much about cooking tiramisu and fettuccini! She was super energetic and engaging. I would have liked if the class also included pasta sauce making but otherwise, it was a lot of fun!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience with Lory!! She was extremely knowledgeable about cooking pasta and made all the instructions on making pasta very clear. Would highly recommend to do!

My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and tiramasu making. We had done a few other food making classes trips throughout our time in Italy but I think this one took the cake.
The setting is wonderful. We were in a private/party room at the back of the restaurant adorned by wine bottles. The instruction and process were amazing. We really learned the details of how to make both (pasta is a good amount of work). The chef has patient with us and really helped us at each step of the process if needed.
I would highly recommend. Probably not for children under 12 to do alone though. The pasta rolling process requires some work.
