This was a great option. Self guided tour but with an audio handheld device to give you information. We really loved going at our own pace and being done when we were ready. Easy communication through what's app to get the tickets.

We just received the tickets by e-mail. You should be a 10minutes early for entrance. It was not so busy after 4pm.

A great place to visit!
But an expensive way to get tickets and a bit complicated too. The included audioguide was not very useful, it is quite enough to read the information on the signs.

I approve it. At first we had an inconvenience but they always found the way to help me.
I can recommend to make the tour in the palatine with a presential guide to a better experience, but everything okay :)

Was good just not as good as we thought since there was so many guides who kept cutting us off. Which kept us from enjoying what we paid for.
