I would not advise anyone to buy Turbo pass if you tnink that you pay money for tickets to enter tourist attractions. You get only vouchers that you are supposed to exchange to entrence tickets. You must go to a definite place and meet a definite person to get tickets. We wanted to start visiting some attractions the same evening we arrived, but it turned out that the agents that give you tickets worked only til 5.00 p.m. even though the sites were open til 7.30 p.m. You must be ready to spend a lot of time on finding tickets. It"s much easier to book tickets on-line and get tickets sent to you in advance avoiding Turbo pass.

I purchased two sets of passes one for Rome and one for Florence, Turbopass sent me passes for both. When we got to the Colosseum the tickets did not work and thus given the very long lines we were unable to get in, We showed them to 3 different Colosseum workers and they said they did not recognize them. We then went to the Vatican and again were told the tickets were not valid so we were unable to get in there as well. We went to Florence three days later and those tickets worked. I wrote to Turbopass asking for my $200 back for the Rome tickets and they refused. They keep sending me emails telling me that they did everything right - perhaps they did, but the tickets did not work at two locations no matter what they claim. I travel to Europe every year and use these type of passes and have never had an issue until this time with Turbopass. I gave up on the emails with them as it was obvious they were going to keep with their story and not refund my money. I cannot emphasize strongly enough do NOT use Turbopass!! I surely never will again.

Flee this platform. It ruined our stay in Rome. We are a group of 8 people, we had booked 6 months ago to visit the Colosseum in Rome. 4 days before our departure Turbopass sent us an email explaining that we could no longer visit the coliseum because the day we had was a public holiday in Italy (April 25) and that it no longer had dates to offer us. Why didn't they warn us earlier......it's really unprofessional of them 😡😡😡😡. No matter how much we send them emails, he no longer responds.
Listen to me and seriously don't go through the Turbopass platform.

We were a group of 5 friends who all went to Rome together. Our experience with the Turbopass really did not live up to our expectations. For example, we had all booked the Vatican. 4 of us received our ticket by email as expected but one of us did not receive her ticket. It was marked in very small letters that she had to go and collect her ticket at another place, it was not well explained, in short she was not able to visit the Vatican and waited for us for 2 hours alone outside... In addition the How the pass works is not well explained, you cannot choose the times to visit the monuments and I do not necessarily recommend this pass.

The Turbopass was one of the biggest bad investments we have made so far. The Turbopass made Rome - my third vacation in 2024 - by far the most stressful.
Nothing works as promised: the ticket sellers are not in the agreed places, so you have to walk through half of Rome, often in the pouring rain, to get a ticket.
Despite meticulous planning in advance, we almost didn't see all the sights because the Turbopass kept putting obstacles in our way.
In the end, we had to buy new tickets for the Vatican due to an error on Turbopass's part, and of course we couldn't expect any support from Turbopass when selling the old ones.
For anyone who likes having obstacles constantly put in their way, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Turbopass. Planning security is successfully prevented with the Turbopass.

We bought the TurboPass without transportation. Bus is accessible and not much verified as well as the underground. Turbopass IS NOT the Roma Pass despite it sends you a printable form of it. You may have access to certain things with one but not the other. After using it for 5 days the only reason I would consider buying it is if you cannot buy the official tickets. Colosseum tickets seem to only be available 30 days prior to chosen booking day and includes Forum and Palatine. Lines were big even in October. Castel St. Angelo does did not have lines at all and representative was there as described. Turbopass was recognized in all stated sites however note that many of those in the site are already free. GALLERY BORGHESE IS NOT INCLUDED in turbopass. If you are short in time or have trouble navigating ticket buying it's a great choice. We were given tickets from 3.30 to 5 PM in Vatican and was incredibly short visit. For this I would have chosen to change the dates instead of trusting Turbo pass timings. It all went well with Hop and Off however the pick up point near colosseum is difficult to find (street ahead near traffic lights after you pass colosseum at your right).
