What an outstanding experience. We booked a golf cart tour on our first full day to have a fully encompassing first experience of Rome. My mother uses a walker, and she was beautifully accommodated. Gabriel was an excellent tour guide, with exemplary service. I highly recommend him with his knowledge of history and art. Very friendly, personable and respectful. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed Edward our guide, he showed us quiet and unknown areas of Rome or saw to it that we remained far from the crowds of tourists. Beautiful gardens and churches, little streets, lovely views. We wished he had stayed with us for the next days in Rome. Such a lovely human being. This was the highlight of our stay.

Emmanuel was our driver and took us all over town! We told he what other tours we tours we had so he could skip those places and show us others. He did a great job of telling us the history of Rome in general and if the areas we visited. We even made a gelato stop!

This was a wonderful way to see parts of the city that we were unable to get to in the first few days of our trip to Rome. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. We loved our golf cart experience. Since we were able to see some of the major attractions in the previous days, we were able to see some off the beaten path places on our tour. We saw some beautiful views of the city from different vantage points. Ask for a place to see the sunset!!!! Come prepared with a list of places you'd like to see and enjoy the ride! Bring blankets or dress warmly if the weather is on the cool side!

Great tour with the exception of the last part of the tour. BE AWARE!!! Our tour guide/Golf cart driver took us to a beautiful rose garden/park that overlooked the river, St. Peter's Dome, and the city. This was one of the last stops on our Golf Cart tour that day. Our tour guide showed us around the garden and gave us all the history. Then he left us on our own to explore the place. We would meet up at the drop off point when we were done. No time limits so that was nice. It was January. Weather was actually sunny and crowds were minimal. While we were in the larger grass area videoing the city and river, we felt a bunch of liquid hit us on our heads and backs. A couple from behind us late 20's early 30's started screaming, "bird poop....bird poop". The woman had a small amount of greenish brown liquid on her as well. The woman had a bag of baby wipes. She said it happened to her the day before. She offered us some of her wipes to clean up. She was wiping herself off and frantically ran over to help get all the bird poop off the back of us as well. She kept trying to get my husband to wipe off my hair with "both his hands" while her and her guy friend tried to wipe off the back of both of us. My husband wouldn't let either one of them near him and he kept his hand on his wallet the whole time. She was helping wipe off the back side of my jacket and jeans. I only had my cell phone on me which I kept my hand on the whole time as well. She kept wiping near my phone but I pushed her hand away. We didn't have any other belongings with us. The greenish brown liquid had a real toxic smell too. There was a pool of it in my husband's jacket hood (gross I know). I was trying to wipe it off. Anytime I got close it would make my eyes burn and make me choke. The woman was doing the same. Still thinking it was bird poop we cleaned up and wiped off the best we could. When we returned to our tour guide, we told him we had gotten hit with bird poop. All he said 'it was our lucky day". He took us to the bathroom to wash our hands and then we returned to our hotel. We had to send our clothes to be laundered because there was so much stuff on us. When we got back to hotel and analyzed everything we knew nothing added up. We did some searching on the internet and there is a whole bunch of articles on the "bird poop scam". It pretty much details exactly what happened to us. Just so wrong. If your traveling, good to read up on this scam and other current ones too so your aware. We did notify our tour guide that we had been part of this bird poop scam. He is an experienced tour guide. He apologized. He said he had never heard of it. He said he would notify the other tour guides to be aware. According to the articles it's been around for along time. We also talked to the staff at our hotel. The apologized. They said because nothing was stolen that they didn't think police needed to be involved. Other then that Italy and Florence were amazing. Be safe out there!

Gabriel was the tour guide for myself, my mom, and my cousin and we were so happy with the tour, that’s all we talked about for the next few days! Well worth the money - we only had one full day in Rome and there’s no way we could have seen all the things we wanted to see if it had not been for the golf cart. Gabriel was so knowledgeable and made us feel like we were just exploring the city with an old friend. He was so friendly and even took us to a few “secret” spots that aren’t as mainstream but definitely should be on your list! (Keyhole, orange gardens, among many other things.) The only thing we wish we would have done is have them drop us off at the Vatican at the end instead of back at our hotel since the Vatican wasn’t part of the tour (understandably so, as it’s massive and could take up your whole day.) Not a problem though, this was our poor communication and not his fault. All in all, can’t say enough good things about both this EXPERIENCE and GABRIEL as a tour guide 😊 Also, we booked this on a whim with little knowledge about what we were doing — mostly because my mom can’t walk miles upon miles. 15/10 would recommend!!

My husband and I brought our Granddaughter to Italy for her spring break from school. In an effort to keep the learning going, we booked this tour to give her an overall experience of the history of Rome, and what an exceptional experience we all received! Antonio was prompt and professional. He is also a very good driver in the Rome-traffic. We were concerned about the rain but he was prepared with everything we needed for a pleasant day - rain or shine! Antonio's knowledge of the history of Rome and the historic sites he showed us gave our Granddaughter a wonderful lesson of this beautiful city. We saw many sites that would have been impossible with a big-group tour. We highly recommend booking this tour for a more personal and customized experience. Definitely worth the price. Thank you, Antonio and company, for a truly memorable experience!
