Our driver Jean picked us up a few minutes early, which was great as we got out early to wait for him. He was very attentive to our needs and walked us to the place to board the boat to Robben Island. Our tour ran late by over an hour but Jean was there waiting patiently for us. We were very pleased with the whole experience!

Visiting Robben Island was a memorable experience. Our tour guide was excellent. We learned quite a lot, and were inspired by the stories of those who’d been imprisoned there.
I highly recommend it.

Your- We were picked up at our Airbrnb. The driver made sure we knew where to go & he was there to pick us up even before we got back.
Actual trip - This was a very emotional trip & ? recommend it. Learnt so much history about SA. The guide was Amazing!!

Barnabus Marshal was fabulous for this! He was a lot of fun and would highly recommend him. He has lots of energy, kept us laughing and engaged! He was so fun! I would recommend this tour!
His back office told me the time of 9:30 and then told him 8 so we were late meeting him. He was great about it and waited for us.

The tour of the Island is great! It is a humbling and awe inspiring experience. A lot of history is told on the tour. The boat ride video also gives historical facts about Robben Island. You will also get to hear a former prisoner’s story.

POOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM The driver was very late in picking me up from the hotel, but was on-time picking me up from the event to drop me off to hotel. Other passengers were holding it up. Dispatch needed to COMMUNICATE THIS WITH ME.

To many people, I tought their was a museum but not, the bus Tour is not necessary we can t see anything if you are not nearby the window
