Alec was an amazing tour guide and showed us the best spots the road to Hana had to offer. After 30 years of experience, we felt extremely comfortable and safe with him driving. He stopped for us to get breakfast (the best breakfast burritos we ever had) and also stopped and got us fresh banana bread and lunch! He showed us off-road paths, and made the best of our trip despite the rain. He was very kind and pushed us out of our comfort zones. Would highly recommend. Will tour with him again on our next trip and can’t wait to see him.

I had an incredible private Jeep tour with Alec! The waterfalls were amazing, the journey through Hana was beautiful, and Alec went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Highly recommend him for a special and amazing experience.

Our recent experience with Alec was amazing. He made our tour one of a kind and catered to our wants and abilities. He knows everything about the island and seemed like he knew all of the vendors along the Road to Hana too. We hiked through the bamboo forest that’s was amazing, black sand beach and numerous waterfalls. The highlight was swimming under the waterfalls. If you are looking for the personal touch I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was one of the most amazing days of our trip.

The Road to Hana tour with Alec was absolutely amazing. My wife and I went back and forth so many times about whether we should hire a tour guide, or do it on our own. I immediately knew once we got on the road that booking with Alec was the right decision. It's nice to be able to just take in all of the beautiful views without worrying about driving on curvy tight roads. Alec was so much fun to talk to and just a great guy to hang out with. He took us to some places that I'm guaranteed we would not have known about if we did it on our own with one of the apps. Additionally, some areas we may have been more worried about going into were less stressful as we had a local guiding us through the hike. He also took so many pictures and videos of us which was also great because we would've never taken them on our own. Alec is just a great person, and I wish him all the best in his life. It was a day my wife and I won't ever forget. Thank you, Alec!

Alec was an incredible guide for the road to Hana! My fiancé and I booked him for our honeymoon and he did not disappoint. It was an adventure start to finish. Alec took us to some crazy waterfalls that we definitely would not have found if we did the road to Hana ourselves. We were even able to go cliff jumping at one of the spots which was so cool! He takes the road at your pace, so if you are really enjoying yourself and want to spend some extra time in a spot you are able to. Which is not something you get on a larger van type tour with other people. He took some amazing photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. Don’t hesitate, book Alec if you want an adventure of a lifetime!

We booked Alec for a tour while we were in our honeymoon in September. We really wanted to do the road to Hana but we didn’t want to hassle with doing it ourselves but we also didn’t want to go in a large tour group. Maui jungle tours was the perfect solution! It was just my husband and I and our guide Alec. He took us to all the secret spots on an awesome tour of the road to Hana, he included history and fun stories! He also took some great pictures for us that we will cherish forever. This is the way to do the road to Hana, highly recommend!

My wife and I visited in 2017. 2023 now and I still think about this tour. Not a cookie-cutter tour. He focuses his business on the actual tour with the customers not everything else, and it shows.

Alec is an amazing tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable and knows all the special spots along the way. He’s an experienced driver, and very kind and helpful on the hikes for those of us with less ability.

We had the most memorable experience on the Road to Hana thanks Alec!! His knowledge and history of the road is impeccable!! He knows where all the hidden gems are and will take you exploring. He captured priceless pictures and videos of us that we will forever cherish. Alec took us to terrific coffee, banana bread and lunch locations as well. He is passionate about the Road to Hana and prides himself on making sure everyone smiles during the adventure. If we have the opportunity to make it back to Maui, we would definitely do it again. Book it, experience of a lifetime, you will not regret it!
