Your tour starts as you meet your friendly tour guide at check in. Following check in you get geared up and follow your River guide on a 10 minute walk along the river bank until you approach a beautiful area showcasing an oasis of natural waterfalls, swimming pools, and rock formations. After exploring the waterfalls its time to get into your river tube and start your exciting journey downstream.
While floating down the Rio Bueno you will encounter a fun mix of river rapids and calming currents as you travel through the jungle setting of the River Valley. Along the trip there is a chill out spot for you to jump from a platform into the Lagoon. As the river currents fade you jump into a raft and paddle your way towards the Caribbean Sea and land at a private beach in Bengal Bay where you can relax, take a dip in the warm ocean water, and enjoy some refreshments at the beach bar.

Tubing down the falls was fun. Didnt know we would be paddling a boat. Dewayne, our guide, was great and made us feel safe.

Awesome experience. Our guide, Shain, did an excellent job helping us navigate the waters and was quite knowledgeable about the sights and wildlife along the way.

The driver picked us up from the Falmouth cruise port at our scheduled time. When we arrived at the river, we were greeted and signed a waiver before a brief tutorial on what to expect and safety expectations. Dwayne and Elvis were our guides. They were excellent! Both gentlemen ensured that all participants were safe and had fun. They made jokes, sang songs and were just pleasant. The ride down the river was amazing! Most parts were calm but we really enjoyed the rapids and the waterfall. We also had the chance to jump into the river. The ride down ended at the beach where we met our driver for the ride back to the cruise port. It was an amazing day from start to finish! Book this excursion!

I must say we were truly impressed, from the customer service to the tour itself. Our tour guide was Davion, and he is just awesome, at no point did we feel worried or out of place, he ensure that we were safe and divulge relevant information regarding the attraction site. He is a great asset to the company! The river is beautiful and because I am a river person I won't find any fault(s), we really enjoyed all aspects of the water activities from the falls to the tubing and lastly the kayaking. Plus, it was my birthdayyyyy and the staff did wish me a happy birthday, it was indeed beautiful.

There were a couple of things that went wrong that impacted the experience. We were a family of 9. In our bus there were three families. Our entire group had to wait over 30 minutes for the tubes to be distributed to all of us. Because of that delay the entire excursion was cut short, we could not do the rum tasting or shopping. The beach time was rushed and food that we had already ordered we had to finish on our ride back. BTW the food was delicious that jerk chicken and rice and peas was a hit. The bus driver was rude. Despite the mishaps our asigned tour guide Dwayne made my family enjoy the time and my girls who are usually afraid of any new adventures had a great time because of him.

I would definitely recommend water shoes as there are LOTS of rocks and my feet did not enjoy that part of the tour. Beyond that is was pretty fun floating down the river, and the beach spot is nice for a swim as there is no seaweed. Overall for the price it was a pretty fun experience that is not physically taxing at all. Would recommend

Great relaxing tubing adventure. Shawn our guide was great. Kids got to jump off a bridge into the river mid way through the excursion which was fun. The little trek to the waterfall wasn’t easy but was really fun

This was an amazing and fun activity!!! Worth every penny. Lavin, our river guide, was the best!!!!!. His service was amazing n professional, and not once did we not feel appreciated. The serenity as you float down river, thru the rapids, is truly something to experience. 10 out of 10 will recommend and return!!!

We had a family group of 6 people, 2 seniors, 2 mid aged and 2 teens. We came in on a cruise ship and met at the far end of the port, past all of the shops, and to the right. The van ride took about 30 minutes and was comfortable. We left all of our stuff in the van and only walked out with our swim suits. It was really helpful to have water shoes. The teens had crocs and just used a lanyard to attach to themselves while we were floating.
We started at a little building where we signed our waiver and put on our float vests and helmets. Then there was a walk to a small falls, over a wobbly plank bridge, and down a path quite a ways. We had to carry our own tubes all the way down the long path with us too, including over the wobble bridge. Then everyone got in the water and essentially got dunked under the falls. To get in the water, we went down a bunch of wet rocks which was especially hard for the seniors - one who has had two hip replacements. We didn't get a great explanation, other than just "to get used to the water." Then back up the wet rocks and back to the path. If you have any mobility issues, I might ask if you could skip this part.
After the waterfall dunking, we backtracked a little bit and got in our tubes. Each group had one guide with them and we each held someone else's tube with one hand to make a circle. We floated all the way down this river, some parts very calm and some parts with small rapids. The helmets and vests were troublesome but there are places where you might bump your head on rocks so I can see why they are necessary.
There was one place to stop and get out and jump into the river from a platform. Towards the end, we switched to a raft and paddled into the ocean/bay where we pulled up at a beach. We walked all the way down the beach to a place with a staffed bar and tables and a lifeguard. The van is waiting at the beach for you to get your stuff out of it to change. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse things. I was happy to have flip flops to change into. The beach & ocean here were beautiful. You do hang out at the beach for quite a while at the end - I'd say we were there a little over an hour. It might be helpful to have a small snack in your bag, or floats/sand toys if you have younger kids.
The guides were absolutely fabulous. Helping and joking in a way that did not make anyone feel bad. There were people of all ages and sizes on the tour and all of the guides were phenomenal with everyone. They were singing Bob Marley, flipping into the water, laughing and being funny. They were the best part of the trip. Our whole trip took longer than the advertised duration but I didn't have a watch so I'm not sure how much longer it was.
