miguel, our guide was very friendly, funny and provided us with all the information about rio secreto, the animals and the whole ecosystem. the entrance fee is a bit pricy ( you'll be in the caves for about 90 minutes) and the wetsuits are a bit smelly, but it was still a great experience. muchas gracias.

This tour was well organized from beginning to end. The guide was informative and helpful. The small size of the group was a plus. Groups are organized by language preference, which allows for maximum participation. Cell phones are not permitted, so having the photographer accompany the group allowed for some great photos, which we were delighted to purchase at the end of the tour.

Im just giving 4 star because i wish the transportation from the hotel to the location would be bette and the photo package is extremely expensive.Once in there just follow the flow!! We booked the plus experience. Which we will allow you to do all activities. PLEASE PEOPLE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!! With the plus experience you will rode a bicycle do rappelling walk a dry cave and then get wet in the underground river!! You definitely dont have to be in a super shape!! But physical effort will be required!! The humidity will take put out so be ready!! Drink water!!

Felipe was a great guide. Very informative and knowledgeable of the cave and it's history. 45He was very patient and made sure everyone in the group was ok and having a good time. The views in the caves were great.

This is an absolutely incredible natural (maybe even spiritual) experience, unlike anything we'd ever done before. Not only was the underworld beautiful and refreshing, our guide, Tainara, was generous and knowledgable treated our 6 year old like he was her own nephew, making sure he was comfortable at every turn. I almost forgot to even mention Tulum, which was also an amazing vision into the past! Last but not least, the meal at the end of it all doesn't look like much, but it's LEGIT delicious. GO ON THIS TRIP AND REQUEST TAINARA!

It's okay, the guide was very good, but everything else wasn't amazing. GoPros aren't allowed, and photos cost 30usd each, which is a bit much.

Great tour - tulum add on was a great addition to the tour. Swimming in the cave was great. Be prepared - you can’t take your phones in the cave and they will try to change your $30 USD per photo or $120 for all photos taken. Thought the price for photos was high. But the tour itself was good. Food was actually pretty good. Geronimo/Jeronimo was a great tour guide and very kind! Hope you get him as your tour guide. Very knowledgeable and nice.
