Making the pasta! It was one of the best we’ve ever had! We had a lot of fun making pasta from scratch, which we have never done before she never done! Eating it was even better!

This was an amazing experience! Our host and chef, Rosanna, met us by the Rialto Market on a busy Saturday morning. After touring the beautiful selections of seafood, meat and vegetables and completing our shopping, we had a very long 30 minute walk to the cooking studio. We had unlimited wine and water as we were preparing the meal and Rosanna was an excellent teacher. We prepared homemade red sauce with eggplant, baby artichokes, asparagus, homemade pasta, sea beam filets in parchment, tomato salad and individual tiramisu. The class and meal was much longer than advertised so allow at least five hours total. There were six of us in the highly interactive class and it was so much fun. The meal and company were amazing. I highly recommend this tour. It was so worth the money and our time. Just be prepared for lots of walking.

Lorenzo was very nice - our group prepared a wonderful lunch in his well designed kitchen.
The tour was advertised for 3 hours but was 5. Hours.
We walked 40 mins to meet at the starting point - which was the Rialto market. Monday fish and local farmers market are closed. I would suggest eliminating this from tour.
The group walked another 30 to get to location of class and plenty of fresh vegetables and butcher shop near lunch location - not necessary to meet at Rialto market and made for longer day.
Lorenzo is very accommodating - lunch was delicious and hopefully I learned a few new things!

An absolutely wonderful experience that we would do again if we come back to Venice. We were met and taken to the Rialto fresh markets and then on to do some Italian cooking. We made lots of fresh Italian inspired dishes, being shown different methods of cooking and preparing the ingredients. We cooked some starters, a main course and a dessert and then sat down to eat it all with a glass of wine. The hosts were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and very friendly and created a lovely atmosphere. An experience we will never forget and can’t recommend highly enough.

This experience was my favorite in Venice! Chef Lorenzo 👨🍳 made you feel very comfortable in his kitchen and taught us to make homemade pasta and tiramisu♡ Make sure you have google maps on your phone and give a little extra time for getting lost in the maze of Venice(part of the experience) ♡ We left so full and so proud of our creations!

What a great way to see the market and cook with a restaurant chef. We got to help pick the menu and learned how to make many new dishes. We also enjoyed that it was a small group and got to know the host and fellow attendees. A must do if you are in Venice!

Rosa is a true jewel! Her home is truly lovely and welcoming. We actually learned to make the dishes and had so much fun while we cooked and ate our way through the day. The food was absolutely spectacular- and Rosa could not have been sweeter. We can’t wait to go back and visit her. Thank you Rosa! Highly recommend this to everyone that likes to cook and eat amazingly ng food.

This was an exceptional experience. Lorenzo took us first on a tour of the Rialto Market where he sells seafood and vegetables for our creative cooking. Then we walked to Lorenzo’s apartment, where he made as welcome, and showed us how to cook tagliatelle pasta two shrimp dishes and two kinds of baked salmon. Let’s not forget Tiramisu for dessert!
