Our guide was knowledgeable and she even got us chestnuts to try! The driver was great and Stein am Rhein was so interesting. Great tour!

Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein were stunning! Witnessing the power of Rhine Falls was awe-inspiring, and Stein am Rhein was charming. The fun fair was a bonus, and with tour guide Marianne, it was an amazing day of natural beauty and unexpected fun!

I enjoyed the falls and the town of Stein was great. it was the lovely tour guide that made this trip exceptional. she was so knowledgeable and spoke so many languages.

The Rhine falls were very impressive and worth the trip.
Steinam Rhein was charming but the closed stores were dissapointing. Best to avoid on Sundays. Pouring rain definetly put a damper on the outing.

I was truly disappointed with tour offered by Viator. The tour was scheduled for 10 AM. I took the train and arrived at approximately 9:15 was told that this tour was not scheduled for 10 AM. She found my name for a 1:15 tour. I again took the train back to the hotel. I had not been informed of the change. When the bus began the tour in heavy rain the tour guide advised the passengers that there was an additional charge for the 15 minute boat tour as well as the walking tour. When I told her that Viator posted those were included she told me I should take it up with Viator. I paid for basically a bus ride in heavy rain. At the walking tour most of the businesses were already closed.

Even though it was a very rainy day, the falls, and the small town afterwards were lovely. Miriam, our tour guide did a nice job as well. I would have preferred a smaller bus set up with less people, but that’s just me. Miriam was not informed that there was a huge Oktoberfest market in the town Stein am Rhein and it was a bit dicey trying to get a huge bus in a very small space, but again she and the bus driver had no idea. The bus driver, Carlos, did a fantastic job navigating at all… Very professional. My only request would have been to have more air moving in the bus when we first boarded by opening the back bus door as well to keep air moving. The falls and the beautiful small town were spectacular.
