It was an amazing experience! I have little to none experience snorkelling but Oscar made me feel very comfortable and kept checking on me during the time. We managed to see 3 sea turtles and a starfish. Seeing the shipwreck and the statues were also so cool!!! They also managed to take such great pictures

Great trip! Eduardo and Pili were very helpful and accommodating. We saw five turtles, many fish and great vibrant reefs. Would definitely recommend!

Very good snorkeling tour, we were taken to 4 different areas and saw a lot of things, turtles, stingrays and a variety of fish. Group was small and our guide Daisy was very good at pointing things out. It was 2 hours of snorkeling!

It was good experience overall, the nature and the spots were amazing and brought a lot of memories. Carlos Pineapple was great too offering help and guiding the group through the waters.
I took the tour for beginners for additional test swims as I had no experience, and I wish there was some instructions as to how to snorkel properly, or how to dive. I was the only one who asked a question privately and got at least some hints.
Despite good overall experience at the waters, I felt bittersweet after the checkout as the personal clearly tries to rip you off. First I was said photos are 35 usd, photos plus videos is 70 usd. After I asked to see the pictures first, the other person told me it’s 60 usd for everything. I ended up buying videos only for 35 usd but in Mexican pesos they charge you an equivalent of 55 usd instead with some made up conversion rate. So this left me feel fooled, and the whole shady business with payments spoiled the impression.
To the business: Charge what you need but be fair and honest with you clients. This is 10% of effort that can give you 90% of clients appreciation to you, or ruin 90% of your work.

Unfortunately we never got to go on the tour so I cannot speak to the tour guides etc just how the cancellation was handled. The day before I received a message that everything was confirmed and good to go and to be in the hotel lobby at 12:05 and they only wait for 5 minutes. To be on the safe side we got to the lobby at 11:45. 12:05 rolls around and no pick up or message. At 12:15 I receive an email that the tour is cancelled due to the port authority and weather (slightly windy however sunny, people were parasailing etc). We ended up going on a different snorkeling tour so I am having a hard time believing about the weather excuse… perhaps they didn’t fill the boat? The reason for the 1 star is the cancellation after we were supposed to have been picked up… we had been sitting around for half the day waiting (and very excited for this) when we could have been doing something else as this was our only day in Cancun.

Small boat with 10 passengers. Daisy our guide and crew did a great job. There is no toilet on the boat so keep that in mind before you depart. They served water and no alcohol so this was strictly snorkeling, not a booze cruise, just what we were looking for. Stops were excellent as we saw turtles starfish, and bunches of fish. Overall satisfied and happy with our excursion.

Got picked up at the hotel, efficient check in and testing of the gear already at the dock before heading out made sure everthing was working as planned once we got out. Captain Eusebio and snorkel leader Daisy made a nice team. Beautiful pictures and videos were taken by Miguel. These could be purchased right after the trip. Got to see some beautiful fish and sea turtles. There are quite a few boats at the four snorkelling places and therefore many people in the water at the same time. It is important to make sure to stay with your group. Definately worth the trip.
