Great day on the water with Chris and Katie. They were very knowledgeable and friendly - having personal guides and a private charter was so worthwhile. Boat was great also, handled some heavy seas very comfortably. Perfect way to see the Whitsundays!

Wow were we lucky! Arriving in the rain, expectations were dead low for our trip. Before the weather cleared and skies turned blue, Chris and Jess quickly got us amped to get out in the ocean and begin our day. Before we knew it we were cruising past beautiful islands, even seeing a ray breach and a couple turtles before we even made it to the first stop. The visibility and wildlife was superb, and the dual guidance from Jess in the water and Chris from the boat only made the experience that much better…not to mention a little visit from George too.

I could go on and on about the second half of the trip, the heaps of vibrant corals, and the sandbar we stopped at but I’ll end the review here. Great trip, great guides, good time.

It was an unforgettable experience, and we could not speak more highly of Chris and Cody, their professionalism, knowledge of the Whitsunday Island area and the service and experience they provided us was first class. What a 100/100 day!! You're in the best possible hands with these guys/gals. Their inside knowledge and expertise will mean you get a completely bespoke, intimate charter - no crowds, no waiting for others - pure flexibility, purely individualized, utter fun!! We asked for the best snorkeling spots and they delivered us to the best snorkelling spots!! We felt so safe with Emily as the Captain and Codey the First Mate was truly next level supporting us to have the best possible day - helping us with everything - nothing was too much trouble - from fitting wetsuits to fitting flippers, to fixing our snorkels, to escorting us in the water to see the biggest schools of fish ever, to swimming back and forth to the boat to get extra things for us, to setting up beach games, to making us all laugh and enjoy ourselves even more. In fact, we would have liked to adopt him for the rest of our holiday he's such a ball of energy and joy and gets along with everyone - a delight to have around.

And what value for money! 6 hours on the Whitsundays with a Captain and First Mate, wetsuits, snorkeling gear, eskies, water, ice, beach cabana, beach games - and Codey as the entertainment director!! Brilliant. We will be back and recommending to all x

We wanted to say a big thank you to Emily and Marta for our wonderful day for my husband’s 60th Birthday.
From the greeting at 8am until we said farewell at 2pm everything was just so special.
Emily was very experienced with the boat and the weather and conditions and made us feel very safe and explained everything to us about the way the trip was planned.
Marta looked after us so beautifully as well. Taking us on the hike and snorkelling. And getting some great photos with the Go Pro
Setting up our lunch on Whitehaven beach was so lovely and made the birthday so wonderful (besides the crazy birds !!)

We also got the surprise of seeing the Whale and her calf. So lucky

The day was so wonderful and Emily and Marta made it that much more wonderful.

Our skipper and charter guide Mick were absolutely amazing!

We made it to Chalkie's Beach from Shute Harbour in under 45 min, spent quality time on a deserted beach (early morning), snorkeled the reef in utter privacy, ripped across to Whitehaven Beach for a quick tour, and made it back in 4hrs.

Both skipper and guide were knowledgeable and really cared about our experience!

Highly recommend to beat the "traffic".

Captain Mick and Mate, Ella, guided us on an excellent eight-hour private charter throughout the Whitsundays on Dec 24, 2022. We visited a couple of nice snorkeling sites, landed on a secluded beach for lunch and toured some of the most beautiful islands and waterways. Mick and Ella were certainly gracious hosts who delivered excellent service.

Just had the most fantastic day with Our Captain Chris and First Stewart Tilly. Guided us on best route for our visit to the exquisite inlet, and Whitehaven beach. No request was too much , found some great snorkelling. Highly rate Freedom Charters, Professional and fun staff. 5* all the way.

Everything needs to be done was done online. On the day, we just rolled in, exchanged greeting and had a brief discussion about what we would like to do and worked out the best places for it. All conducted efficiently.

We ended up doing 2x half day charter. The vessel; Jupiter is actually quite comfortable for the 5 of us plus a skipper and a guide.

We had Chris and Claire on first charter and Jack and Abi on second charter. All of them were marvellous. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, inclusive, and truly wanted us to have a good time. We beat the crowd, we dodged the rain, and did everything we wanted to do in the best possible way.

Highly recommend it

our team had the best day doing a full day private charter. the team were so knowledgeable and fun, helping us plan out our day and make sure we saw all the spots/locations we wanted to! we all had an absolutely amazing day!
