This course was a fantastic entry into making your own ramen. The instructor Tommy was incredibly helpful in clearly explaining and demonstrating each step of the process from making your own chicken charshu, making you own noodles from scratch, through to balancing flavours within the dashi.
Excellent way to spend a few hours and fantastic teachers

Such a wonderful experience! Mr Ryo, our instructor was awesome, engaging, attentive to every student and friendly. Basically we were thought to make ramen from scratch. The final product tasted and looked pretty good from a novice like me 🫢 Ms Hama, Ms Nori and Ms Sakura were helpful too.
Ryo is knowledgeable and the ramen king 😀 It’s one of many nice activities to do in Japan whilst travelling. What a great way to immerse in Japan’s cooking culture and bring home the skills learnt! Highly recommend this activity and this business 👍.

Unforgetable fun and delicious experience, being able to literally make ramen from scratch, making it your own and then eating it after. Great atmosphere and a huge shoutout to the staff, they were the best!

We had the best time learning to cook ramen. The staff were very friendly and kind, and everyone in our family loved it. The ramen was delicious!!! It was also a nice break from all the Kyoto sightseeing.
