What an amazing experience! Fumi and Tomiko made sure the making of the noodles and gyoza skin was simple and seamless. The end product was delicious! Highly recommend.

Authentic experience, got a lot of information and the teacher made awonderful experience. No time was wasted during the course, good theoretical knowledge and all cooking was done by the coursetakers. Well prepared and very professional.

We learned how to make good gyoza and the noodles and topping for a ramen. Unfortunately this class does not cover the broth making.

They were very patient and informative teaching us how to make ramen and gyoza from scratch. Kitchen was well equipped and teachers well prepared.

Wonderful evening with two wonderful ladies who showed us all the tricks of making ramen noodles and dumplings. I recommend this to anyone wanting a genuine Japanese experience

The cooking class was so much fun….step by step instructions with a wonderful Japanese teacher who made us laugh and took photos along the way! Highly recommend learning these skills for home!

This was our highlight of Osaka if not Japan! Fumi n her assistant were brilliant! The class was very well run, with expect explaining n caring patience for those of us that needed extra!! Personal, professional, intermit, interactive. Must do. Bucket list, ticked 😁

Sakura cook was brilliant. Fumi was a great teacher who spoke superb English; she was humorous, patient and engaging. Food ended up tasting wonderful and our teenage girls really enjoyed the lesson too. Five out of five!
