Got to taste a variety of great tasting gin and wine. We had dinner at a Winery that just opened- it was a stunning location with amazing lamb. Desert back down by the waterfront was a great way to end the evening. Our tour guide was super kind and made sure it was a great experience for all of us.

Starting with the comfortable and luxurious transportation, we were picked up by Emma, and she was most friendly!!! Considering she is a Native of Queenstown, how lovely it was to have her take us on a private tour/AA journey featuring wine, spirits, and beer…all from New Zealand and made in the local region!!! I must also say…the dinner selections were quite delicious, as we dined at 3 different locations and enjoyed the food options as well as selected locations immensely!!!
How happy we were to learn of a company that afforded us either a Private Tour option OR small-group tour…for those who like intimate settings!!!

Thanks to Vicki we had a fantastic time on the progressive wine lunch! We were lucky enough to get her as a solo host and she made out ten year anniversary trip fun and memorable! She went above and beyond for us and it was clear she was well loved by staff at all the wineries we visited. Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough and will be recommending to friends and family. ❤️

My wife and I were fortunate to be on the very first Progressive Lunch & Wine Tour with Alpine Wine Tours. What an incredible day! Vicki was our amazing host. picking us up from our hotel. We bought 6 bottles (with free shipping to home) from the first vineyard at Amisfield and were pleased we did as while all three vineyards had great wines, these were our favourites of the day. We had the pork pie option for lunch at Akarua which was delicious and the chocolate & ice cream dessert at Gibbston Valley was devine! Lovely wines at all 3 venues, scrumptious food and an awesome host made for a brilliant time. We both highly recommend this trip - we loved it!

I couldn't fault the wonderful progressive dinner from start to finish. The booking was easy with Emma, and then the pick up from my hotel punctual with a fabulous hostess and driver - Vicki - who helped make the experience fun, vibrant and thoroughly enjoyable. The venues were equally fabulous and the wine and food - especially Amisfield Winery with the very knowledgeable sommelier there. There was also great consideration for dietary requirements at every location. Thanks also to the other 4 people who were part of the tour - they were fantastic!
I would highly recommend this tour as a 'must do' while enjoying the beautiful sights and wonderful local people that Queenstown offers.
