Performances take place poolside on Tuesday and Friday evenings from December 15th through March 8th. The performances begin at 5 m and take place every half hour until 8:30 pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stinky sauna rooms, horrible loud music playing in nearly every room, almost no water anywhere, bad towels/robes, I could go on forever about how terrible this place is, there are so many better spas in NYC w/ good customer service, save yourself the drama.
Worst part was we came as a group of 11 and they double charged us on one guest, we realized this at checkout but they gave some BS about all refunds have to be done via email because the company's financing is in Italy, which turned out to be a lie because after I sent an email detailing what happened I got a response 2+ weeks later from an unhelpful, unapologetic and unprofessional person at the NY location. Many exchanges later and they are not being transparent and still have not issued a refund for the double charge. I have requested a call back to go over the charges which they have avoided, it has now been nearly 1 week with no response. They seem to do this to other people as well. Please please please, if you're looking for a good spa for a special evening please read this before giving these bums your money. This place is like the Fyre Fest of spas.

This place is still horrible. I wrote a review when it first opened, and I tried to give them another chance when staying on the island. Nothing has changed unbelievably horrible. Management will pretend to care and ask you contact to rectify the situation. I tried....crickets.. multiple time...more crickets...and in over a year nothing has changed. Lack of unique spa services, unprofessional and untrained technicians, unsanitary... the garbage is taken up and down the same elevator customers use who are walking barefoot because they don't have appropriate sizes of their dollar store flip flops. Extremely high prices for comparable services and experience in the area. Food is remarkable bad. You can have a full service, good steak dinner on the island for the same price as their premade, gas station quality, chicken wrap that has been sitting in a refrigerator for the past week. Changing rooms are horribly designed and maintained. Plus, the marketing photos are doctored to allude to views they don't have. The spa faces NJ. You can see NYC from other parts of the island, but not the spa.

I visited twice and had a great experience each time. I booked five-hour visits without additional spa services. The pools and Hamam are so wonderful, I don't feel the extra services are necessary. The food and drinks are good also.

The venue is great, but the spa services were not up to speed. They did not honor a 10% discount if you were also staying a t Collective Retreats. Never asked when I booked & when I said I didn’t realize, they basically said too bad. Would not recommend!

Ruined my Birthday!
I am a returning client of the QC Spa. Absolutely loved this place last year and have recommended it to so many friends but oh how times have changed.
Money grabbing and up selling everywhere you turn but worse incredibly rude staff. I was chastised, spoken to in appalling tones and made to feel so uncomfortable.
As per reception we emailed both the info and customer care email addresses but no one has cared to respond or address our concerns.
I am saddened, it was such a great spot and we won’t be returning

I’m super upset with this place. I was under the impression that your birthday entrance is free the day of your birthday when I went in they told me that my birthday was not due to being in August which doesn’t make any sense to me because July is summer just like August, so July entrance is free and September entrances are free however August is the only month that they exclude from this promotion, just super unfair. Plus for you to see this exclusion. You really have to go through different channels on the website to see this it’s not out in the open for you to see automatically before you book plus they advertise it on TikTok and Instagram as a promotion, not thinking that there are exclusions involved.

I gave my wife a spa day last year with an hr long message, it wasn’t used due to work and Covid. By surprise she gave me a spa day for my birthday this year, so we went together in June.
The weather was spotty for a Monday a week before July 4th, thinking it would be quiet, I thought wrong.
We had a great time with all the offerings messages, lunch and many dips in 2 of the three pools.
Go during the week!

Horrible, horrible customer service. It's impossible to get a response to simple questions by email, and their phone line hangs up on you no matter when you call allegedly due to "higher than usual call volume." This place bills itself as luxury but they can't even be bothered to respond to customers.
