In our experiences we understand you may need time to be in the attraction, therefore there is never a rush and you can spend as long as you want in the pyramids.

Ivan was an incredible tour guide! Having a tour guide who is passionate about the ruins, able to answer questions, and provide us with an exceptional tour with insightful information makes for a wonderful experience. We feel so lucky to have been guided by Ivan and we hope that others would consider him greatly when booking a tour of Teotihuacan!

This was the highlight of our trip! Patricia was fantastic - she responded quickly when I let her know we had changed our pickup address, she was perfectly on time, and as a history teacher, had SO MUCH to share about the culture and the pyramids. And because it was a private tour (highly recommended!) she was able to drop us off at the end in her favorite neighborhood and tell us what to see and what to eat. She was fantastic and all we saw was amazing. Definitely do this!

Jaime provided my father and I an excellent tour of Teotihuacan and the Basicalla. He picked us up at our hotel on time, provided us information during the entire trip and really made the entire experience very special. His knowledge of the area and friendly personality made the tour a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour and Jaime.

We had a wonderful time on our tour with Jose Luis. He is extremely professional and his knowledge of the history of the sites we visited was impressive. Jose Luis was very engaging, and although he's done this tour many many times, his does not feel like a by rote lecture - rather he engaged in a conversation with us and shared his vast knowledge.
His English is perfect, his car was clean and safe and in addition to the info about the tours, he shared lots of other local details which was fun.

The driver was prompt and cared.
Our tour guide Ivan was very knowledgable in different perspectives and he shared local passed down histories and stories with us which was very exciting to find out.
He was extremely friendly and coincidently lived near our home in the past so we got along we well.

Our driver Jaime and our guide at Teotihuacan were friendly, knowledgeable and provided great historical context of both Teotihuacan and the Basilica de Maria Guadalupe. We highly recommend them!

I booked a private tour for Pyramids of Teotihucan. The driver, Armando was great. He picked us up in time and he let us know there would be a local tour guide to take us on the tour. Eliasel was not there when we arrived but he did come about 10 minutes after we arrived. I had to use the restroom and he was standing with my daughters and he was talking to them about the Pyramids. He did not wait until I came back to start. As we went into the Pyramids he spoke very softly and the information he was giving us about the Pyramids was like a poor teacher. He lacked enthusiasm and I think I would have understood and learned more from looking up on the internet about Teotihuacan which I did when I stopped and sat down. When we asked some questions he said - as I said before. Which really was off putting. He lacked organization. At the end we were brought to a store and he explained about the rocks and stones that were in Teotihuacan. And then lead us into a store where they were pressuring us to buy. But I have to say the driver was wonderful and he would have made a better tour guide than the person we had.
