Ride from airport to serenade was a good experience. Driver was very informative about Punta Cana and surrounding. And hopefully we will get the same driver back to the airport on Saturday May 18th.

Driver was waiting/on standby upon our arrival. Got us from the airport to hotel without delay, super fast. Driver took this mission seriously! No upsells or trying to sell adventure packages etc. Much appreciated.

I was disappointed that the driver wasn’t at the airport to greet us with a sign upon arrival. I followed instructions given when we landed and collected our bags. We were then instructed by text to exit the airport and walk to the end of the platform to the Jet-Lag Cafe. The driver wasn’t there but a rep. from the company was and attempted to sell us a tour package. He then phoned the driver. He arrived 15 mins. later in a red, not black SUV. Once in transport to the hotel I noticed the sign with my name on the front seat.

They are a really great car transportation company! I was on the girls trip with three other girls and we felt safe. They communicated every step of the way even when my flight was delayed and they showed up on time. They had great hospitality as well. 10/10 I definitely recommend.
