I highly recommend this tour.We saw so much of Dominican Republic with our guides, Ishmael and Cristian as well as learned local history. The guides were so helpful with my 85 year old mother who had a travel wheelchair, even staying with her in van at places she couldn’t go. Completely customizable. Thanks guys. We will not hesitate to use again.

We were a group of six adults in port for the day. Ismael took us all around Puerto Plata and gave us a wonderful tour! He was very friendly and provided lots of information about the DR. He was quick to respond to our questions when we booked and gave clear directions on where and when to meet him. This tour was so much better than any tour we would have gotten through the ship.

Very responsive. Great guides. Perfect tour for the family with a lot of activities. We also ate at a delicious restaurant with really good chicken! The chocolate factory was my favorite. The van was very comfortable too. I definitely recommend this tour.

Elias was great!
He explained the sites we were going to and even took us to different sites we asked about.
Even turned around so we could get a pic of the Puerto Plata sign and Neptune's statue.
Lastly, the restaurant we sat at for lunch was so good. A ton of locals were eating there, and we understood why now.

A great way to support local businesses.

I wasn't told it was almost 1 mile walk to tour bus. Tour company paid for a ride back since they're not allowed on pier

Ismael is the real deal. Very professional, informative and flexible. He told us straight away, that there were three cruises coming into the port, so some of the activities would likely take longer (be prepared, especially for the cable car) 🚡

Our tour was supposed to only be 4 hours, but he was kind enough to take us around for 7. We felt a bit guilty, but he was very reassuring to let us have the experience we wanted even if that took more time.

His English is excellent, if that is a priority for you, but he also let me practice my Spanish (pero mi familia no hablan Español) which was kind.

The car was pristine. It even had the newest USB C chargers and an excellent hot spot.

To end, the restaurant he takes you too was the best food we’ve had on our trip so far.
