You enjoy with us observing the beautiful places that our Puerto Plata has, first we visit what is the rum factory (1) Macotrix a tour of about 15 to 20 minutes guided by a factory manager, (2) Panoramic view here we will see which is part of the entire city and part of our cable car (3) Amber and larimar Dominican precious stones if you do not want to be visited you can tell the driver (4) Cigar Factory There you can live the experience of how cigars are rolled and you can make one for yourself and you can buy the ones you want (5) Joaquin Gift Shop if you want to buy gifts for your family or personal use the best place and best prices (6) Paseo de Doña Blanca or better known as pink street this was the first hotel in puerto plata, here you have the option of taking many photos since it is a beautiful place for photos (7) Umbrella Street here you will be disappointed by the beautiful place that offers you to take beautiful photos and enjoy a small f chocolate factory

Luiz Alfredo gave a wonderful tour and when he learned that we wanted to skip a stop and wanted to see another attraction he offered a private excursion at a reasonable price. We are glad we chose this company. I was traveling alone with my three children. And the tour was well run and the flexibility helped fit everything we wanted to see in puerto plata.

Santos was WONDERFUL!! The van was clean, he had cold water, beer, and a local specialty drink. We had two kiddos and he was so attentive and had napkins and let them have snacks in the car. He wasn't worried about mud for those who went on the buggy tour, and he drove me back to town to get some jewelry and stayed with me while the rest of the family took the tour. I speak Spanish which was really helpful as Santos's English was limited. He was a safe and thoughtful driver and turned the van on to get it cool for us. He also had a WiFi hot spot!!

Everything was perfect! We were met by our guide, Alfredo, at the port on time and began our tour. The highlights of the tour were Umbrella Street, Parque Central Independencia, Macorix House of Rum and Gold Chocolate Factory, just to name a few. Alfredo was proud to explain the Island of the Dominican Republic. This was a very through tour and I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Great tour. Sunday so not everything was open. Saw the town highlights the mountains, homes,beaches,museum. Very nice tour guide.

Overall 10/10 experience on this excursion with Alfred and could not recommend him enough!! Would give him 10 stars if I could. He was extremely professional, made sure he was picking my girlfriend and I up from the correct location and was right on time. He was talkative throughout the whole tour and was always sure to tell us interesting history and facts about Puerto Plata. He personally drove us around to every place listed in the excursion description and gave us ample amount of time when we were there. He went out of his way to also be our personal photographer throughout the day. He gave us such great memories that we will always remember. Earlier in the day, my girlfriend had mentioned that she would love to go to the cable cars and see the Christ the Redeemer statue. Since we had enough time, he was more than gracious to take us there. He once again took amazing pictures for us and walked us around the botanical garden as well! Could not recommend Alfred enough if you are looking to have a great day seeing Puerto Plata. We had such a great time with him, that we already booked another excursion with him for later in the week and can’t wait to leave another great review!

Alfredo gave us an excellent service, collecting us directly from the cruise port and showing all areas of Puerto Plata. He provided a lot of information about the place of which he was very proud.
He was also caring and protective, offering us water and the special home made local liquor.
We cannot recommend him enough for his service
