We should have gone on April 6th, 2024. Didn't happen. 0 Stars. This company believes they are perfect and does not make mistakes. Made a reservation for 4/9/24 and it was changed to 4/13/24 for some reason. I double ched to make sure since we were traveling 900 miles to NYC. They did offer a similar tour on the 7th but we left on the 7th. NO REFUNDS. I even asked for a partial- NO WAY. Its all about the money and not customer satisfaction. They made the mistake- I am sure of it. I will not use this company in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.

We couldn't do the experience, a failure, my son was very excited to do the ride, we never made it
Our original ticket was for 2/10, they canceled it and they scheduled it for 2/11 at 12:00 pm, we were at the meeting point for more than 80 minutes and they never came for us. We called Viator and they told us that those tours were canceled today
I hope they answer some of all the messages I left them and reimburse me for the money I spent.

Loved seeing the places on the films

While the guide was nice and the bus comfortable, the content of the tour is very poor. Did not show the movie extracts. It is surprising because the Tour is very well noted and on location has a good reputation. Tripadvisor’s time of beginning was wrong.

It was interesting. The bus and the driver were nice. The bus had a big screen on it but the guide used a small iPad to show the videos making it difficult to see.
We only had 6 people on the tour so sitting up front was not an issue. I paid for the premium package and it was useless. No one volunteered a refund and I did not ask for one. Just thought it was inappropriate to charge for something that was definitely not used. The tour as advertised does not return to the starting point and this is a major inconvenience.
The guide was knowledgeable and the information we received was good.

Super interesting ! Brian was going into details, and we saw a lot. Usually I don't like bus tours, but it was raining so much it was actually saving the day (even if we got stuck in traffic a few times !) Nice way to mix DC/Marvel all over the city.

We were adventuring with a friend with a disability and Alex treated everyone with dignity and respect! 10/10!!

Went on this tour with my 10 year old son who is a big Marvel fan, especially Spiderman. Having taken one of the standard hop on hop off tours the day before, this tour offered a charming and personable alternative. Our tour guide Chris was fantastically funny and entertaining. He had vast knowledge of all things comic book and movies. We moved through NY in a comfortable air-conditioned van which offered a unique perspective of the city that you don't get by bus or taxi.
The pace was relaxed and convivial. My son got to ask loads of questions and Chris gave him and the other tour participants his undivided attention. We got off at key locations highlighted in movies and shown on Chris's handy laptop. So not so high tech which goes to show the flashy stuff ain't necessary.
Really interesting titbits of information but don't want to give any spoilers. Time was given for little breaks and strolls.
All round fantastic experience. Would recommend highly 👌
