We were guided by Rafaelle who knew how to keep us attentive throughout the tour. And this for two days!!! Our guide was attentive to our particular needs, quickly understood the dynamics of our group and adapted his way of telling the story to suit all of us. I have rarely encountered such a passionate and inexhaustible guide with information.

Ricardo was delightful and so knowledgeable. It was wonderful to see Naples through his eyes and to put into perspective not only the ancient traditions of Napoli, but also the current culture. I cannot imagine navigating the streets of Naples without a local guide and Ricardo was one of the best! Our small group thoroughly enjoyed the private tour, the street food recommendations, and we are hoping for a family recipe to take back to the US with us!

Teresa, our guide, was fantastic. We had a lively tour of the old town. It was really good having a guide take you round all the labyrinth of alleys. Perfect private tour.

Wow, just wow. Raffaelle showed us amazing places, most of which you'd just walk past with any other guide. While we were getting the highlights of Naples (as recommendations to come back to later) we were discovering locations totally off the beaten track. Raffaelle explained the context of every place, answered all our questions and seemed to know just everything. My wife and I are very different yet somehow we both got what we wanted... BRILLIANT!

Raffaele is an amazing tour guide. We were just a party of three and he delivered one of the most engaging and memorable city tours I have ever experienced. Walking through the historical centre of Naples is fascinating by itself but Raffaele uncovered the different layers of history (from the Romans to the Normans, Italian unification and present-day Italy) before our very eyes. The stunning diversity is what made Naples one of the most open and fascinating cities in Europe and Raffaele was able to convey exactly that. He transformed the way we see this great city and I would highly recommend his tours to everyone.

When I was planning to visit Pompei and Herculano I contacted him to be my guide.. My surprise was that the best frescos of the houses are locatted at the museum instead of those cities. In the museum he taught me about the history, styles (yes it has 4 painting’s types of style in those houses) and how I could benefit to see later the “real” stuff on those cities. He is excellant! You can know nothing or come prepared and you will learn a lot! I planned to hire him to ser Herculano and Villa Oplontis but for mayor reasons I left earlier. If I manage to return soon for sure I will contact him!
