Learn everything about the tulips. At the museum, we take you on the tulip’s journey around the world. From its discovery in Kazakhstan around the year 1000 to its current status as an icon of the Netherlands. You will find out all about the tulip and learn in an interactive way about the cycle of bulb cultivation using state-of-the-art machinery and old objects (from before 1950).
After the museum, the Experience continues outside and you will step into a beautiful palette of colours. In the show garden, 1 million tulips are planted in 700 different varieties of tulips. All tulip varieties come from our own nursery.
At the end of the Tulp Experience you can pick your own tulips for free!
Over 7 million bulbs will bloom this spring, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. A unique, unforgettable experience!
After the flower gardens you will visit the great Dutch windmills and a local cheese and clogs factory incl. a real farm with cows. See how the milking robot milk the cows.

We had a wonderful time at Tulips Experience Amsterdam, Keukenhof, windmills town, clog demonstration, and cheese factory. The driver was awsome.

Gavin was such a charming guide to Amsterdam. Most attentive and knowledgeable. We had the gamut of weather, sun to gale force winds and rain and he was unflappable. Cannot recommend his services enough. Knows the sites well and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. You will be pleased if you book his services for your day out.

We booked a tulip and windmill tour for nine people. Two vans showed up to our hotel right on time and the drivers were so very nice and pleasant. At each stop, they accompanied the group through the ticket area to purchase our tickets and send us on our way in the right direction. They took us to a private tulip field, which was a lovely surprise because we were a bit early for most of the tulips, but these were in full bloom and we got fantastic photos here. The only improvement could have been made was a scheduled lunch stop. By the time we got to the village at the end of the tour we were all starving. Really appreciated the positive attitudes kindness of the drivers. Highly recommend!

Leave the stress of driving to someone else! This is the BEST way to see the sights outside of the city! The vehicle was very clean & comfortable, and our driver was extremely professional, kind and courteous. Took us to all the best places, the tulips, windmills, cheese factory….even let us stop for snacks along the way!
