We scheduled an hour after just in case of a delay but the minute we landed our driver was there. He was kind, courteous and made our trip great!

The driver was nice but a 1/2 hour late picking us up. I had the same problem with this provider in November 2023. You may want to reevaluate this provider, Miami Limo service.

Jose was wonderful! Arrived a few minutes early and we did our part and we were on time too. Extremely smooth trip to FLL. It’s pricey for a short trip but so worth it to have that piece of mind and fantastic end to our vacation. Thank you!

Manuel was the consumate professional. Patient and extremely helpful. He waited patiently while our "priority" luggage arrived almost last on the conveyor belt and quickly grabbed it . Highly recommend

The driver took another fare and didn’t meet us at the appointed place at the appointed time. We were delayed by 17 minutes and I communicated with the driver and the tour operator each time we were given an update. The driver picked someone else up and took that fare. I was given no new information regarding contact info for a new driver or a new meeting time. Our ride was scheduled to the airport to catch a flight and we did not feel safe waiting for another driver and vehicle from this tour operator given the fact that the last one picked up another fare and left us stranded with no communication as to a firm back up plan. We ended up having to pay to take another form of transportation. Viator and the tour operator have declined to give us a refund. I would not recommend this specific company or Viator.

Jose was fantastic! Nothing more to add. Just adding more because the system is prompting me to add more and will not allow me to submit. So hopefully this is enough so that when you get it and you see that I’m forced to add something you’ll now delete the whole post and not use it at all. You probably want to take this feature away and let people say what they want to say, and not prompt them to say more.

Our driver was great. We communicated via text because my flight was demeans he assured me he was watching and would meet me at baggage claim when we arrived, which he did. I took off one star because I want notified of additional tolls/fees ($18.25) I would be responsible for until several days AFTER I purchased the service. That should be noted on the website ahead of time (maybe with an asterisk next to the actual cost). However, I was able to give that to the driver in cash.
