Stanley was a fantastic driver! He persevered through our lost luggage, challenging weather and roads, and a very long day. We also hired him to take us to the airport when we left Prague. Trustworthy, courteous, personable...we would hire him again in a heartbeat. Natalia was also very helpful in relaying messages and coordinating the transfer. Highly recommend!

We used this service at the end of a Viking river cruise and got a ride from Passau to Prague with a two hour stop in Cesky Krumlov. The communication with Natalie was prompt, specific and helpful. The ride from Russ was comfortable, safe- he drove very calmly in traffic, sometimes pouring rain and highways- and informative. He was on time and helpful with luggage, local information and ended up taking us to the airport a few days later. Can recommend highly.

Best Trips's Natalia and Russ were both excellent. Natalia responded to all the questions and emails in a timely manner. She had everything lined up for us perfectly. Russ was on time, very considerate (water bottle, bathroom stops, and ac/heat temp) and a safe driver. I would use them again in the future. Thank you for providing a worry free trip.

We travel to Passau with Viking cruise and then from Passau want to go to Prague. I spend lots of time on internet and was laky to find Best Trips company. They answer on my request in 10min and we start communication via email. Olga was super helpful and nice, she give us a good price and extra bonus $300 Hotel Card for our next trip for free, this was so nice. We loved our driver Andrew, he was on time with nice clean van and cold water for us.
