1. Over priced $94 for a 5 minute rides to a hotel in the airport runway! Told it was because of time and 15 minutes away.
2.. Driver NEVER showed. After 39 minutes of calls, told driver was at airport, then got a call saying driver was on his way. Took over an hour to get to my hotel 5mins at the airport . Could read the Terminal sign clearly from my room! 3. I would like a refund!!

He helped me get out of the airport. He carried my bags into the hotel and got me there swiftly. He checked with me many times about window preference, arrival time, etc.

Guide was well informed and pleasant but tour o summit was chaotic and it was hard to hear -let alone stay together with the group and guide- given the crowds.
