The transfer to and from hotel went so smooth and drivers friendly and very Professional. They truly go the extra mile for you . The communication from the office was so great with follow up and drivers all speak English which was helpful . They are the best. Highly Recommend. We used Joe Banana Limos for our drive from Naples airport to Sorrento hotel. Driver was so personal and fluent in English, and Mercedes was immaculate! Stay tuned... we also used Joe Banana for Amalfi tours and Capri boat.

I had two transfers arranged on different days for family the vehicles were excellent our driver was very efficient on getting us to our hotel and my daughters driver was just amazing she was on a later flight the following day which for them first time to Sorrento turned into a history lesson which my daughter loved and being able to talk about Italian film which she studied at university with her driver he also stopped allowing them to get some photos of the sun set so she had a fabulous induction to Sorrento and their hospitality.
The communication between us was fantastic before, during and after to check that everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend Joe Banana Limos enough they will be my go to from know on when visiting as I will be back and will book some tours as well with yourselves. A big thank you….

This company is amazing to work with. I had a special request because my family really wanted Naples pizza before heading to Sorrento and they worked with me to make that happen. I also utilized their services to go back to Naples. Both times, their drivers were super nice and helpful. A special shout out to Julio who gave us a tour of Naples and to Nunzia who had amazing communication from the office. Absolutely recommend everybody use them for their services

We booked a private transfer from Naples to our hotel in Sorrento, with a two hour guided tour of Pompeii on the way.
I could not rate our experience more highly. Our driver Raffaele found us easily, drove us comfortably, and entertained us with facts and knowledge of our surrounds on the way.
At Pompeii, our guide Paolo was incredibly knowledgeable, but also entertaining in describing the history of the city for us.
Booking this tour took all of the stress out of travelling in a foreign country, and allowed us to experience Pompeii on a 'travel day's of our trip.
Maria was also very helpful coordinating everything through WhatsApp. 10/10 experience.

We were welcomed at time, even with a 2hs delay flight!
All the drivers where really polite and had patience with our 2 year old.
The cars were new and extremely comfortable!

The drivers were excellent. They spoke English well, which was helpful. We had a private tour from sorrento to Campagna, the views were spectacular and the town was interesting with architecture dating back to 1100. I highly recommend joe banana limousine service .

The initial email dialogue for booking and payment was smooth, friendly and very helpful especially when we had to change the booking to add a third person to the trip. We turned up at Naples airport on the last flight from Heathrow on a wet and windy evening, the flight was delayed but our driver was there to pick us up as soon as we passed through customs. He was cheerful, funny and joined in the discussion about where we should visit. When we were near the hotel he was very helpful in showing us how to get to the centre of Sorrento. Altogether a very pleasant experience and I would definitely book through this company again.

We really enjoyed our driver Bruno. We had him for both transfers to and from Sorrento/Naples.
He is very knowledgeable about the area and its history, fluent in English, a safe driver and very prompt and professional.
We would definitely book a transfer with Joe Banana again.

Our private transfer from Naples Central Station included a narrative guide through Naples and a stop for pizza before delivering us to Sorrento. Our driver Nico was wonderful, and very passionate about his hometown of Naples. In addition, he coordinated our drop off with our air bnb hosts vs just leaving us. Our return trip with our driver Paolo from Sorrento back to Naples was equally reliable. Most importatntly, both drivers made us feel safe.
