Reliable and very smooth process throughout. Pickup at hotel (we stayed at Arenal Manoa) was on time and driver is very friendly. Boat loading was easy and driver handled the loading of all luggage for you. We did a private crossing so had the whole boat to ourself. The boat is well maintained and clean, and no bad gasoline/exhaust smell at all that you sometimes get from these kind of boat rides. Transport from the lake to hotel was in a very nice Toyota Landcruiser, which made the ride a lot more comfortable. The entire trip for us took about 2 hours. Highly recommend!
