My driver, Juan Carlos, was excellent. His communication before the trip and during the pickup was thorough. I was confident that meeting up was going to go smoothly and it did.
During the ride he answered all my questions about the area and made a lot of great suggestions about how to stay safe and have fun in Santiago. And he tolerated my attempts at speaking Spanish, Even helping me learn a few new words. I completely recommend this service.

The driver was at the location in the airport that was scheduled for our pick up, waiting for us with a sign. He also told us some sites that we passed on the drive to our hotel. Was a great relief not to have to look for a cab, and not speak the language. Highly recommend.

No trip. Driver failed to arrive. There is nothing more to say because Vitator failed badly. Now they refuse to refund my money. I want my money back.

Brutal experience. My flight was delayed. I messaged the agent multiple times regarding the delay. With no reply. They didn’t show up at the altered time, and still billed me 100% for the original service (which they didn’t deliver). I requested a refund, but they refused. So I ended up paying twice for the same transportation. Shame on the service provider, and shame on Viator for not standing up for its customers. I will not use Viator again.

The driver kept me informed and was patient while I went through customs as it was busy. Right when I walked out I saw his sign and we went straight across the street and got in the car.
