Since it was our first trip to Venice, it was nice to be met in the train station and brought to the water taxi. The ride was quick, comfortable and scenic.

The transfer went very smoothly. We arrived via train from Ravenna, IT after a cruise. Highly recommend. The communication was exceptional.

Giuseppe met us on the train platform in Venice and escorted us to the water taxi. He rode along to the hotel and took pictures of us with our phone along the way. Highly suggest using this service when traveling to Venice!

If you have big bags taking a private taxi from the train station to the hotel makes the arrival much more confortable especially in summer heat. The ride is expensive but worth it, specially with kids.
Beware of baggage carriers outside the train station, they seem to be affiliated with the boat taxi service but are not and will charge you 15 euros to take your bags for the 10m walk to the taxi. This is definitely a trap!!!

We were met at the train platform and escorted to the boat where we had very short wait. Our luggage was loaded by our escort and boat captain. The ride down the Grand Canal was fabulous. It was our first time in Venice and we were taking it all in. We were dropped off within a couple hundred feet if the hotel entrance. Our luggage was unloaded by our escort and boat captain (we don’t travel lightly - 4 large rolling cases and 2 backpacks). Our escort assisted with getting the luggage to the hotel porter, announced that she would be the one collecting us at the end of our trip. Kudos to Lander for setting this up for up!

Very quick to respond & text when we asked questions before we met and we’re there on the platform - very smooth ride to our hotel. If this is your first time to Venice with kids and don’t want any stress, would highly recommend! Took great family pictures too!!
