Private transfer from Heathrow to your London Hotel

Although arrival times had been coordinated, and texts were exchanged after landing, driver showed up 30 mins late to meet up point. And he seemed irritated that I was texting to get updates on where he was. And upon using the hotel desk to arrange a return ride to airport it was $40 cheaper with a much better car (Mercedes Sedan)

Being our first encounter in a new country, the driver was not very friendly and did not communicate well with us.

My flight was delayed 1/2 hour. Upon arrival at the Heathrow airport we had no driver. I called the company and was told my flight was canceled so the driver left and the company said they won’t send another car! It was obviously our flight was not canceled, I was calling the company from Heathrow. On top of that they won’t refund our money!

Driver was on time and friendly. I always prefer the private transport to taxis and ride shares. Starts the trip off right

Driver was waiting with name card. Driver knew the back ways to the hotel. Smooth, friendly ride. Even brought bags into the hotel.

It was a little frustrating to not have the person there at arrivals when I got there. I eventually was able to get my phone working to make international calls and so I was finally able to contact the the company and let them know. They sent someone right out and we were able to connect.

Our flight was on time however the airline misplaced one of our bags. While they were recovering it our driver remained in contact with us the whole time and we eventually met him 30 minutes late.

The driver was over an hour late in picking us up at the airport. We tried to contact the company via web chat on Viator and also the company local phone number but no one answered either request for contact. We were in the process of hiring another driver when they finally showed up. The driver offered no explanation on why he was late. He asked us to follow him to his very small sedan. We got in and he drove to our hotel without speaking to us. When we arrived he requested a tip. We told him it was already included in the total charge. He said he did not get that and we finally gave him more. I would not recommend this company or the driver. Sorry - he did not introduce himself or provide us his name. We met so many other drivers at the LGW airport that were so nice and helpful. Next trip I will use them!

Our driver was almost hour late. Had to call company to see where they were and when they would pick us up. There was miscommunication as to where to meet our driver. Requested a driver that spoke English and ours didn’t speak any English. It was very stressful

We booked a private transfer from Heathrow and the driver never showed up. I tried to contact them with no response. I ended up getting a taxi instead. When I requested a refund, they would not refund. They said it was my fault. Don't book this service.
