We were really pleased with the Rome Airporter service – especially given the problems we had with our cancelled incoming flight. Thank you for being flexible to change arrival timings at such short notice (and at about 6am on Easter Day!), arrange a new driver, keep us updated about the changed plans, collect and deliver us to our destination in time. Excellent. I chose Rome Airporter to take my mom and I from our hotel on the Via Principe Amedeo to Civitavecchia to catch our ship ‘Nieuw Statendam’, based on some previous good reviews I saw online. So happy with my choice. Our wonderful and friendly driver was on time for our pick up, in fact a little early on that Sunday morning. He was so very helpful with luggage, and importantly for us-securing a close as possible drop off to the ship. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Friendly, on time, easy to book. We used this service to get from the airport to our hotel in Rome. Easy to find our driver at the airport. Used them the next day to get from our hotel to Civitavecchia port. So convenient. Door to door, friendly and reliable service. Worth every penny to start our cruise off stress free. Would highly recommend.

We celebrated my 60th with a 4 night stay in Florence followed by a transatlantic cruise leaving from Rome [Civitavecchia]. As we took a train from Florence to Rome - we wanted a first class vehicle and driver to collect us from the station in Rome and drop us at the ship. After exhaustive checking and review reading - we selected ROME AIRPORTER. What a great decision. Our smartly dressed driver was waiting for us at the appointed spot, grabbed the luggage and led us to a super clean e-class MB and we glided over to Civitavecchia directly to the gaping maw of the Celebrity BEYOND. It was flawless and I could not recommend Rome Airporter more highly. MOLTE GRAZIE AMICI MIEI!

Your service was fantastic. Your driver was very professional on time and very comfortable. As you know the room streets can be narrow and he was able to navigate them professionally.

Went on a cruise with NCL in Aug 2023. Our flight from Rome airport was 11am and NCL didnot provide transportation for early departure. So, I looked online and found rome airporter. Reasonable price and good service for 7am departure from boat! Thanks Rome Airporter!

Excellent service, we used them to take us from airport to cruise port and back to the airport at the end of our trip. They were right on time and graciously waited for us while our luggage came in.
