Pros: Our driver was on time. She was professional and got us from our ship to our hotel.
Cons: The cost of the transfer was very expensive for the type of vehicle used and no added value was given. The van was older, not a luxury van, no air conditioning, not clean inside, no water offered, and no conversation at all from the driver. We expected a clean, Mercedes van with a driver who provided us with knowledge of the area for the price we were charged. Viator refused to discount the transport cost for our disappointment. We won't use them again.

Our driver took us in places I would of never seen. Seen alot of sights in a short period of time. Limited amount of time off

great service - driver was on time and great - loaded our bags. Did not speak English but we communicated. only complaint was it was too pricey, especially the uncharge for van. Probably would arrange a taxi next time - it is less than half the cost.

Adam contacted us he was on his way the morning we disembarked in Citivecchia and again when he arrived. He was professional and very personable. On the hour long trip to our hotel in Rome, he pointed all the major landmarks along the way. It was a pleasant way to begin our weekend in Rome. We would definitely book with the company again.

Unfortunately, the van was about 45 minutes late to pick us up, which if we had known, would have been ok. But, the company did not confirm our appointment time and when I called the only phone number I had, the company said it could not directly ask the driver as to his ETA. Better communication is needed. Once he arrived, everything was fine with his driving and the trip.

DO not book with this company. They would not respond to emails or calls *their phone was turned off* and Viator could not reach them. I had a group of 5 with 3 seniors and I was panicked. He did up showing up 15 minutes late, but didn't have our new address I had been trying to update.
Do NOT book with this company..there is NO customer service and you cannot reach them by phone or email.
