We booked transportation from airport to our hotel and back, we waited at the airport for more than one hour, terrible.
After 4 days we doubled check the pick up time and at the end we waited for 25 minutes, then they called me to tell me that the driver needs 25 more minutes. Terrible. Finally we hired a taxi. Terrible service.

Service is not as described on page. Had to wait about 30 minutes for our driver upon arrival, no "waiting for you at the arrival gate with a meet & greet sign board sign." Driver stated flight information stated "flight was delayed," which clearly was not according to a quick flight information search. Would have been cheaper and easier to just grab a taxi given the extra fees are for the added services.

Excellent communication from before day of departure and during day of departure and particularly on arrival. All messages were greatly appreciated! Pick up and transfer were hassle free, clean car and a very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous driver. Highly recommended.

The driver taking the time to explain various aspects of the area that proved to be very helpful. The ride from the airport to he hotel was very scenic

Airport pick up service was as expected. The driver got in contact, actually he nearly went one day early to the airport but through replying to his WhatsApp message we avoided it
