We had a wonderful day on our tour with Eduardo! He was super personable, took excellent care of us, managed every detail, and was a great source of knowledge and information. Each part of the tour was uniquely different and special. We loved learning about the history of the Mayan culture while exploring the ruins and taking amazing pictures. Swimming in the beautiful cenote was a magical experience, and snorkeling with sea turtles the size of our coffee table was absolutely surreal! I would highly recommend this tour to any of my friends and family- an absolutely unforgettable day!

This is the tour to book! Ruben is an exceptional guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable, savvy, patient, and attentive. He is very adept at handling the needs of a family with two young kids. He tailored the trip to start with the Akumal activity, which was a great call for our little ones. The cenote felt more private and peaceful. It was also easy for our kids to swim in. Lunch was delicious and oceanside. If you are looking for a truly concierge like private and authentic tour, this is the one to book! Thank you Ruben!

Paco was a wonderful tour guide. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew how to navigate our times so we didn’t experience large crowds. Our lunch (included in our tour) was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend using him.

I highly recommend any tour with Ruben, we had such a great day. We had a group of three from the States and felt completely comfortable with him. Ruben was so friendly and personable, I swear he knows half of the people who live in Playa, lol. He took us to Tulum to see the ruins and taught us about each building and Mayan city life/culture. We also swam in a lesser known cenote which allowed us to swim without the crowds (so nice). We ate lunch at a fancy beachside restaurant called Jungle Fish (included in the price of the tour) and got fresh fried red snapper tacos - like the whole fish was in a cooler on ice fresh from a boat and we picked it out for our meal. We finished by snorkeling with turtles at Tsuuk Aukmal. Ruben went at our pace and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed including taking pictures for us, making sure we had cold drinks and bathroom breaks. He went above and beyond customizing a perfect day for us and was happy to stop anywhere we wanted if we saw something interesting. I definitely will book a tour with him again. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience! Went to the ruins at tulum and Ruben knew way more than expected, explaining everything very well. The cenote was amazing and very quiet. Lunch was great with an amazing view. Finally swimming with turtles was fantastic.
Every step was pre planned and booked so we got to basically walk right in with Ruben. The whole experience was great! Well put together, very accommodating of our needs and overall very fun. Would absolutely reccomend anything from this company!

This was the perfect day trip in Tulum. Ruben is so knowledgeable and passionate that made everything more fun. Everything was well organized, tailored to preferences and well executed. We had a great educating walk through the ruins, snorkeled with turtles, tasty lunch with ocean views and a fabulous dip in a cenote afterwards. Ruben took care of every detail and we had a much more flexible schedule than a group tour. Best idea we had was booking this tour!

This tour was a great way to experience a full day in Tulum. Ruben took great care of us, from picking us up at the hotel to teaching us about the history of Tulum ruins and the history of Mexico. He picked a great place for lunch with delicious food and a beautiful view. He customized the tour for us to be exactly what we wanted and made the day perfect.
