1. The Grand Palace
The Grand Palace was constructed together with the founding of Bangkok in 1782 when King Rama 1 ascended to the throne and founded a new dynasty. The Grand Palace is very important as it used to be the palladium of the state. It was used for both the royal residence and the administrative center of the country in the government system of absolute monarchy. Today, the palace is used just for ceremonials. The architectural plan of this palace was almost identical in every detail to the Grand Palace of the former capital of Ayutthaya (about 600 years ago) because the King wanted to recreate the glory of the city as it was in the past. So it was completely first built in traditional Thai style. However, at various periods, the influences from other nations affect to the architecture in Thailand in different reigns such as the Chinese elements introduced by King Rama 3 in the early 19th century and the western building style introduced by King Rama 5 in the late 19th century.
2. Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew)
The Emerald Buddha image, the most important Buddha image in Thailand is enshrined inside the ordination hall of the temple. The Emerald Buddha image wasn't cast from Emerald but was cast from high quality of green jade. We found the Buddha image in 1432. You come to Thailand, you should go and pray for your luck.
3. Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School
There is no clear evidence when the Reclining Buddha Temple or Wat Pho Temple was first built but we believe that the temple has been there for over 300 years before the founding of both the capital of Thonburi and Bangkok. There you will see the most beautiful Reclining Buddha image in Thailand with 46 meters long and 15 meters high.
4. Temple Of Dawn (Wat Arun)
Wat Arun Temple or the Temple of Dawn is the landmark of Bangkok. There you will see the highest Prang tower in Bangkok with the height of 67 meters.

My wife and I went on this tour today and we would highly recommend it to anyone that’s thinking of seeing the temples. Private tour and car with aircon which is a must after walking around in the heat, worth every cent.

Wonderful tour with Lily who is very knowledgeable, fun and flexible. If you can ask for Lily! We saw Wat's all over Bangkok, learned their history, significance and relationships. Our driver did a great job managing the Bangkok traffic. Highly recommended way to learn about Thailand and its history, religious perspectives and wonderful people - and doing it in a private tour and air-conditioned van is so much easier and more pleasant

I had an fantastic day exploring the three must-see temples in Bangkok with Katie as my private guide. I booked a private tour with my friend to see the temples in Bangkok. Katie, our guide, messaged us the day before to let us know what to expect. She even suggested we meet earlier to avoid the heat and crowds, which we appreciated. Katie and our assigned driver showed up to our hotel early and laid out the plan for the day. In addition to giving us information on the temples we visited, Katie gave us lots of other helpful tidbits about the city and Thai culture. She was enthusiastic and hardworking. You can tell she loves what she does! As an added bonus, she took lots of photos for us!

I had the best day out with Som. My first solo trip to Bangkok and Som made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend going with a private guide as she knew exactly where to go and very knowledgeable. Also, it was no issue at all to adapt the tour slightly to add in a boat trip for me.

It was an unforgettable family day. We had little time in Bangkok so we wanted to see as much as possible in a short time.
Everything went perfectly. A private van picked us up from our hotel and drove us all day between the wonderful temples. Our guide was great, very kind and funny. Provided us with lots of information and was even our private photographer for the day!!! If you want to visit Bangkok with your family without hassle, book this tour! I assure you that without our guide, with the heat, the traffic and the crowds, it would not have been possible to see so many! Take this tour you will not be disappointed. This day was the best of our trip to Thailand.

We were in Bangkok for only 2 days and wanted to see as much as possible without hassle. Our guide was great, very friendly and gave us very good information. The kids loved it and so did we! We had a very comfortable van just for us which transported us all day between the magnificent temples. Our guide took lots of photos, we were lucky we also had a private photographer! I highly recommend this tour. We all loved it, an unforgettable day... If you want to visit Bangkok with your children, this is really the best option I assure you. Without our guide, with the traffic, the crowds of people and the heat, it would never have been possible to see so many. Thank you a thousand times Nok Kob kun kaaa

We had the BEST and busiest day with Pop “Poppy” as our tour guide! We went all around Bangkok to see the beautiful temples and palaces such as The Grand Palace, Wat Arum, reclining Buddha and more, as well as stops for snacks, lunch and Chinatown and ended the day with an amazing river tour. We received lots of great photos all day as well. Would definitely recommend this tour, and specifically Poppy!
