The moment Madi appeared, we felt a sense of security.
We couldn't speak Egyptian or English, but we were very grateful that she used the translation function to help us out!
We also took lots of photos, and it was a wonderful memory (^○^)
All Japanese people should ask Madi for help!
If we go to Egypt again in the future, we will definitely ask her again!

Above all, it was a safe and reliable tour!
It was our first time in Egypt as two Japanese women, and we could barely speak any English, but they used the app to carefully communicate with us.
The tour was packed with content and the time was just right. They're also good at photography.
Maddy was also flexible in responding to our requests, so thanks to her we've created memories we'll never forget. We also met a wonderful shop run by a Japanese person and its owner.
If I come to Egypt again, I'd like to use her services again.
I'm truly grateful.

It was a guided tour according to the points I chose:
1.The Pyramids and Great Sphinx of Giza (want a photo with camels but I don’t want to sit on them)
2.The Khan El-Khalili souk
3.Mosque of Ibn Tulun
4.Egyptian Museum
5.The Hanging Church
6.The Mosque of Muhammad Ali
They came to pick us up at the hotel at the agreed time. The driver and guide Ahmed were very attentive and polite. The car was clean, smelled good and we were given fresh water.
They always walked at our pace. Ahmed knows a lot about history and I can't imagine getting to know Cairo without a guide.
I highly recommend it!

Our guide Ahmed from MaddyTours was excellent throughout the tour. Full of interesting information about the history of the Pyramids and tombs at Giza. Nothing was too much trouble even though it was a very hot day. Helping with photographs and guiding us around the various sights with a smile. Most things were included in the ticket cost like entry to Meresankh III tomb and the Sphinx as well as a camel ride in the desert from the Pyramids panoramic view point which is a must. You have the option of going inside any of the Great Pyramids at extra cost if you want to. We were not pressured into doing anything extra we didn't want to do. Bottled water and canned drinks included. Don't forget tipping which seems standard practice anywhere in Egypt! Highly recommended and enjoyable tour.

Great tour of the Pyramids and Sphinx with Maddy Tours. Our Guide Ahmed was excellent and very informative as well as taking great photos. No pressure to do anything extra you don't want to, but you are given the options available. We also got to go inside the tomb of Meresankh III, then a camel ride for all the family at the panoramic view point overlooking the pyramids, all included in the price (except the usual tips of course!). You have the option to go inside the Great pyramid and the other smaller ones if you want (for an extra charge, the most expensive being Khufu about 400 EGP). All in all a great experience not to be missed. Highly recommended and especially our guide Ahmed.
