A couple things are hard to find in Egypt. That’s honesty and fairness. Had had a couple tour guides that were only interested in our money. That’s how I met Hussein. The tour guide said the room cost was $100. Later Hussein told me the real price was $70. So I booked a couple tours with Hussein after that and they were great and at a very reasonable cost. Whatever you want he’ll arrange it and give you great advice about it to. So if you don’t want to pay too much and you want reliable service I highly suggest using Hussein’s Tours. You won’t be disappointed.

We found Hussein from TripAdvisor and spent three wonderful days with him and his colleagues in Aswan (including Abu Simbel). Totally suggest to travel by car from Aswan to Luxor. We got to visit Kom ombo, Edfu and Esna temples which are also important in ancient Egyptian history that you don’t want to miss.

Initially, we discussed with Hussein through emails about where we want to visit and he quickly put together a plan with a competitive price that suited us. He is flexible and reliable. And most importantly, he is such a great Egyptologist who could make complicated mythology and history into interesting stories for us to easily understand.

What’s more, Hussein arranged a modern van with AC for all our day trips. This allowed us to rest well en route. We also learned some Arabic from him.

Hussein is the best tour guide we had in all our different trips in Egypt. Really thank him for making our Aswan trips so memorable.
