Excellent day trip to get a great introduction to Rio! This was my first time to Brazil, was a great way to start my trip and see a lot of the city with a tour guide that had a lot of knowledge to share. Highly recommend this trip, especially if u don’t have a lot of time but want to see the most of Rio.

Marcelo contacted us almost immediately after booking and Wagner was an amazing tour guide! My coworkers and I had 1 day to explore Rio and Wagner made the experience unforgettable. Wagner assured us the tour was customizable based on the time we had available, especially since we had a same day flight. We were able to visit just about all major attractions and received great history from Wagner! Highly recommend this specific tour / company!

An incredible day from start to finish! Faby picked us up at our hotel exuding warmth and excitement and proceeded to take amazing care of us as she toured us around Rio. She was so knowledgeable, kind, patient and fun! We hit all the prime spots with no waiting in line and no worries about navigating directions or parking. Absolutely wonderful way to see Rio! Highly, highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous day seeing and understanding the key sights of Rio. Faby was excellent, we engaged with her immediately and her knowledge of the city, its history and major landmarks was very good. A bonus were her photography skills, she knew where to take the memorable shot at each place and added in some quirky and different angles. We enjoyed the day enormously and would not hesitate to recommend Faby.

If you're reading this you probably know how difficult it is to find a comprehensive Rio city tour in English. Flavio was superb! As was our driver, both of whom could converse in English and Flavio in several more languages. We were picked up at the pier and delivered to our hotel 7-8 hours later, so not quite a dawn to dusk tour. I did not make the arrangements very far in advance so Flavio was on the fly most of the time. His wikipedia mind pulls up info on the spot. I thought we wanted to go to the Botanical Gardens but as we drove by Parque Lage I changed my mind but he still could tell us wonderful background stories even though this wasn't in the initial discussion. We went to Selaron Steps but I was fascinated by the street art in the alley getting there. We retraced our steps to get a better view and pictures while the driver waited. I asked to see a hidden gem and our first stop was jaw dropping - the church attached to the Monastery of Sao Bento. I'm glad there were only two of us to shepherd through the maelstrom that is Christ the Redeemer on a clear Saturday. He had us sit on the best side of the train to get a fantastic view (and a clue as to when that would be) of the city below, laid down to snap the best photo of us with the statue above us. Flavio was very thoughtful of our requests, timed trips around the city to best advantage, made changes on the run. It was clearly our tour, tailored to our needs (no, I'd rather not a full lunch, snacks & beer are fine), listening and interpreting our choices, filling us in on backstories, history, why neighborhoods are named as such. He even, graciously, texted the addresses of a few restaurants to recommend near our hotel based on what we we interested in eating. Our hotel contacted me in Portuguese, I handed Flavio the phone and he took care of the rest. This tour might seem a bit expensive but for all the personal service, care and safety we experienced I would rate it higher than 5.

Fantastic tour! Managed to see all the things I wanted including my main highlight & my last Wonder of the World to visit; Christ The Redeemer. My Guide Nathaly was articulate, enthusiastic & very knowledgeable. It was also great that both she and the driver were happy to tweak the itinerary slightly to incorporate a walk to Ipanema Beach. The ride between the sights was very smooth and comfortable too. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if your time in Rio is limited and you want to see as much as possible in a short window of time

Fabiana was our tour guide and she was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely informative and friendly. Took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. We feel we got a full day of seeing the best Rio had to offer!
