Incredible day with Giuseppe. Very, very knowledgeable made the day memorable and exciting. Clearly very experienced knows the best places to go and the best times to go there. My wife and I had the most amazing day. Our day also included wine tasting and lunch. Recommended for anyone looking for a VIP/premium experience.

Fabrizio picked us up at our hotel in Naples at 8:30. We were at Pompeii by 9:00am. He was a wonderful guide and we explored the site from end to end. To spend more time at Pompeii we opted for a quick sandwich for lunch. Then we were off to Herculaneum, which was also wonderful.
Fabrizio was great. He led us at a pace that was perfect for our level of interest. He shared enormous amounts of information but always in a way that was interesting. We feel like we saw everything that we could have wanted to see. It was raining all day but that in no way dampened the experience. We had an excellent day and I strongly recommend the tour.

Best tour of our entire 2 week trip. Far exceeded expectations and we had done several private tours of different areas throughout our vacation. Fabrizio was an amazing guide, the lunch at the winery on Vesuvius was so much better than we imagined. Both Herculaneum and Pompeii with a guide are a must do. Cannot recommend enough!

We experienced a wonderful private tour with Giuseppe at Pompeii & Herculaneum. In the morning, we took the train from Rome to Naples. The ride was remarkably convenient and quick. Our guide, Giuseppe, met at the station with a friendly smile and an upbeat attitude. We traversed from the station to Pompeii in his private and very clean & comfortable van. The scenery was beautiful and we arrived refreshed and ready to enjoy our private tour of Pompeii. Giuseppe greatly exceeded our expectations with the most comprehensive and delightful tour. After a wonderful respite and lunch/wine tasting at a local winery, arranged by our guide, we traveled to Herculaneum and continued our wonderful tour. Giuseppe was so knowledgeable and passionate about these historic ancient places. We were entranced and thrilled by this experience. We highly recommend Leisure Italy tours for an exceptional and memorable experience. When we return to Italy, we plan to engage their services again.

We have a wonderful time and Fabrizio was excellent. Knowledgeable, personable and good pacing through the tour. Speedy but so worth the expense given the ability to maximize the time we had available to visit the two sites. Communication with Vincenzo via email was always prompt and informative and clear. Would highly recommend.

We had the most magical day with Giuseppe, our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and was very punctual, kind and considerate. We enjoyed the Pompeii tour so much that we booked him for the next day for a private walking tour of Naples and the archaeological museum as well!
Would recommend Leisure Italy and Giuseppe 100%. Worth every penny.

Giuseppe is a masterful tour guide and consummate professional! We have gone on this tour plus 2 other entire day tours with Giuseppe. I highly recommend him! He has vast knowledge of history as well as navigating the amalfi coast and Rome. He can customize any tour and recommend incredible restaurants along the way! We have had amazing lunches (that we still talk about!) with unbelievable views. My son absolutely loved the pizza making class in Sorrento— not to miss!
