The guide was great, but they didn't have our booking, so we started 15 minutes late and had to phone the company.
As I say, the guide was lovely, but we only visited three sites, which I don't feel was worth the price.
It's like we were rushed, even though starting late wasn't our fault.
This experience wasn't worth nearly 100€ for two people.

This tour was great! Farhad was very knowledgeable and funny. It was pouring rain, but he still showed us everything (plus we had covered sides to keep us dry!) He gave us plenty of time to take photos and took us to some local favorite spots. We loved it!

Our driver, Simone, was the absolute BEST!!!
He spent extra time with us to show us the beautiful sunset.
He also made recommendations and answered any questions we had.
We wish we had taken this tour in each of the Italian cities we stopped in!!

Our tour guide Freddy was really excellent and gave us a great experience. The problem was lack of communication from Viator confirming our reservation to the driver and business owner. As a result we were picked up 40 minutes late which made us late for our next Viator reservation. We should have a refund!

The golf cart tour was a perfect tour because we got to see so much more then if we had just walked around the city. Also it felt much more personalized because it was just myself and my husband on the tour. We had our own private guide.

It’s the worst ever!! The driver never came we waited for an hour,and I texted him,he didn’t respond and I talked to the support they tried to reach him but also no respond. and I didn’t get my money back.
