We had a very good day with our guide Kaïs, the organization was top notch and Kaïs was very friendly with very interesting explanations and anecdotes.

The three attractions are worth seeing. The issue for us was we paid for a private guide, but in the end was a glorified taxi driver. The frame we were given the tickets and told to go in, it took us time to find the correct line by ourselves. The frame is a good thing to see. The next item was the tower here we parked the car and took photo of its location, we then walked through the mall to the tower were we were dumped in a line, the driver bought us the ticket. The tower has some amazing views, but coming down took a few hours because we had general admission tickets, purchase the fast track it will save you alot of time. We were then meant to go to the fountain, with him, but he told us to find our own way, which we did not it took 45mins. After this we had to work our way back to his car then text him as he was not there, after 30mins we finally left and went back to the hotel. Our recommendation is buy the ticket yourself and use a taxi though "Careem".

I stayed at Rove Healthcare City in Dubai and met Navneet Kaur who was a representative for this company. She really helped us and booked tickets for Burj khalifa and the view at the palm. The views were awesome and we all really enjoyed it. Thanks Navneet !!!

This tour gave me the perfect introduction to Dubai.
Parminder showed me the sights of the area and was able to answer my questions.
The tour gave me ideas for places to visit for my remaining time here.

Our driver was good at explaining where to go in the souks and how to use the water taxi. He was helpful at bringing us to Kite Beach and the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina area. Toward the end of the day, he suggested we take a taxi back to the hotel after and I said we have lots of packages to bring so it would be inconvenient. We discovered later the traffic back to the hotel was really bad and I think he wanted to avoid that.
