Private Tour from Cape Town

Fabulous tour conducted by Ian - he's so knowledgeable and passionate about his business. Don't bother using any other Cape Town Tour company as this guy is the best! He collected is from our apartment and we went on to see Cape Point, Boulders Beach (the penguin colony) and finished off with a wine tasting session + a load of other sightseeing stuff. Was always happy to do impromptu stops for additional photos & willingly took group photo shots of our party. Followed up by posting loads of photos of our brilliant day on Facebook & provided us with lots of recommendations of where to eat, drink and additional places to visit. Ian conjured up a sensational day for us. Thanks so much.

Wow! Words can't describe the last two days. Amazing tour of Cape Town and Cape of Hope. And probably the best wine tasting tour of all time in Stellenbosch. The best part was that we have a new lifelong friend. Thank you, Ian!

Thank you to our driver Ian, who made our day one we will always remember. The van was very comfortable, with cold water and air conditioning. Ian parked as near as was possible at every stop and have us lots of information about the area. The thing I was most grateful for was Ian’s kindness and understanding of our families needs and accommodated our requests which made the day perfect! Would highly recommend- thanks again Ian

We were privileged to have a private tour with Ian.
As soon as he arrived at our hotel we could tell immediately that Ian was a perfectionist. Ian’s mini bus was spotless, he was punctual and very friendly. We could tell straight away that we were going to have a great day. Ian is a lovely guy, very knowledgeable and informative and always had our best interests at heart.
Ian took us to Buffelsfontein the game reserve, where we had a great experience. The people there were also very friendly. We were lucky enough to see all the animals, get up close to them and be able to take some great photos.
Ian then took us onto the Olive farm where we did some olive tasting which was very interesting. After that we went to a lovely place for lunch where we also did some wine tasting. It was really great.
We would thoroughly recommend Ian and would have no hesitation in using him again on our next trip to Cape Town.

My husband and I had a fabulous day with Ian our private tour guide. Great communication prior to the trip as we planned the itinerary. On the day Ian picked us up from our hotel in an Immaculate vehicle. He had taken time previously to plan the day for us around our places of interest, but also around the Cape Town weather. It couldn't have been better. We saw penguins, ostriches, table mountain to name but a few. Ian is a very Kind and trustworthy gentleman who made our day very interesting and informative. I truly recommend the trip, it was a once in a lifetime day and so very enjoyable. It was lovely to be on a private tour, as we could go at our own pace and choose where we wanted to visit together with Ian's local knowledge. I left some belongings in the car and Ian returned them to the hotel for me the very next day which was a lovely surprise.
Thankyou Ian, you deserve to do well.

Looking forward to tour Cape Town? On your shortlist, make no mistake of not booking Ian! So kind and professional tour guide. With him you’re not only sight seeing but you get to learn the rich history of Cape Town. And oh great eat out recommendations. We really had an amazing day with him.

We had our own itinerary and Ian was very accommodating to fulfill our request. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Our travel companions were delayed for our prearranged departure time and Ian drove us around the harbor area of Cape Town and described the sights while waiting for our friends to arrive. He has a private van and will offer an itinerary for you or take you where you want if you already have an itinerary in mind. He drove us when we arrived at the Cape Town cruise ship terminal up to the Ernie Els winery and restaurant for a fabulous lunch with an amazing view out over the Stellenbosch region.

Ian was such a wonderful, insightful guide! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (10 and 8). He brought us to Table Mountain to see the stunning views, Boulders Beach to see the cute South African penguins, Kalk Bay to see the beautiful colorful fishing boats, seals and local catch - we had a healthy insanely delicious lunch at Whole Earth Cafe, he drove us through the Bo-Kapp district etc. Ian was a wealth of info and a wonderful person to spend the afternoon with! We would love to go back to South Africa and do one of his other tours!

Ian was a fabulous tour guide. He took us to great scenic places around Cape Town while taking into consideration the weather, driving time, and, most importantly, time for us to enjoy the sights.
He was very knowledgeable and courteous, providing us with background and history of the places we were enjoying. Ian also treated us to coffee, Rooibos tea, and cookies at our stop at Cape of Good Hope. For lunch, he took us to a very cozy and healthy place (Whole Earth Cafe) which had delicious food.
Our tour was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Thanks Ian!
I highly recommend it!
